Overlooking the port, approached by an incline and with 25 steps down into garden, there is a large living room with fireplace, and all accommodation on one floor. There is an additional independent 'tower' with double bed, shower room, microwave etc. which can be rented separately, but is included in the whole house rent. The sea front, shops and restaurants are accessible in a few minutes down a series of steps or by a slightly longer walk down the road..
I have been coming to Soller for many years on holiday and finally to llive here and look after my mother in her final years. She was a painter and there are still some of her paintings in the house. I divide my time between Soller and Stratford-on-Avon where my husband and I used to run a restaurant and where I still have family and friends.
I did not buy this house - I inherited from my mother who fell in love with Soller and built the house in 1958.
I have done quite a bit of modernising and spend a lot of time here myself as I feel very much at home in the Port de Soller, which itself has 'modernised' since 1958 but has never lost its friendly and enchanting qualities.
The house stands just above the port with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants and the famous tram. Since the sea front was pedestrianised there is very little noise and the mountains behind provide wonderful views and walks.

This house is perfectly situated only 2 mins walk from the beach, but overlooking the port and quiet and tranquil. The description is very accurate and the house is clean with everything needed to enjoy your stay.
We had a wonderful week there, Thirza (the owner)was there to meet us when we arrived and very helpful in regards to where to go, what to see, etc.
Highly recommended, the only slight downside was some nights we heard a nightclub or live music bar, but that is certain no matter where you stay in Port de Soller and in no means would it deter me from staying again at this beautiful house!

10% of the rent to be paid on booking and the balance on arrival, in cash or by transfer. I charge 750 euros p.w. for 2 people, 850 for 3 or 4 people and 950 euros for 5 or 6 people
