A charming 2 bedroom apartment in one of the best locations in Los Cristianos. The apartment is well equipped, the bathroom and kitchen have been refurbished making the apartment very airy and bright. We have one of the largest balcony in the complex which overlooks the Port and sea views allowing you to just sit and watch the world go by whilst watching the Island ferries and the skyline. The balcony has sun on it all day long with plenty of balcony furniture to make it a great base to stroll to and from the pool. The pool is equipped with loungers which are free, you can take our extra pool lounger cushions, kept in our store room, to use by the pool for extra comfort. Lift to all floors, and private access to the ground floor door, taking you onto the street level en route to the town and beaches.

The apartment is well presented and equipped with a fantastic balcony.

The pool area was clean and very quiet each time we visited. We had a great holiday.

Perfect apartment cod not fault it sun all day in balcony no need to move everything you needed was there plus more pool area was great also nice and warm would definatly stay in this apartment again 2 min walk to town center down al lot of steps but 5 min walk if you want to walk around the steps not a problem if you want central clean and a relaxing quiet complex very central this is the perfect one

Activity and Interests


200 meters from the white sandy harbour beach - approx 8 minutes to walk, or 5 minutes by car. Car parking is next to the beach and a full day cost is approx 11 euros. This is the nearest beach and is a great family beach with loungers and umbrellas for hire & life guards. Restaurants & cafes are off the beach promenade. A larger beach is also available on the other side of the carpark with water sports. 5 mins taxi ride (7 euros) to Siam Park in Costa Adeje. Advise to pre buy tickets.


Tenerife South Airport, Taxis are plentiful - 24 hrs usually mercedes and approx 24 euros. approximately 20 minutes transfer time.( these rates can alter without notice)


Playa de Las Americas is 10 minutes by car. The Siam Water park is in Costa Adeje. amazing day out for all in addition there are several zoos near by that are excellent and well worth a visit. Also a drive to the Mount Teide is a great day out and fantastic scenery. A night out to the Knight Show bookable at the local tourist information or Admiral Travel is highly recommended for a family show. Trip to La Gomera 35 minutes by ferry.

Further Details:

Los Cristianos hosts an abundance of local shops, restaurants, a local market, banks, chemists and super markets. The complex has an on site small shop plus down the road is the store 'Carolina' that will even deliver to you if you requested it. Los Cristianos has had over 1 million euros spent on the sea front and the promenade and are consistently keep it fresh. The restaurants offers are good value and lovely friendly service. Favourites are La Costa tapas bar, La Fortuna, ( big portions) El Cine great value fish restautant. Star Struck - english owned fish and chips ( fresh on the day)

Last minute bookings are acceptable. A returnable deposit of £100 is required for the keys.( I normally destroy the keys cheque unless stated otherwise)Keys are sent via registered post the week of your departure and need to be signed for.

Changeover Day:
Due too so many flights coming into Tenerife we are very flexible on arrival dates. Most do tend to arrive Fri, Sat or Tues but can generally move dates around to fit. Check in from 2 pm and check out by 10 am. Late flights - ask we maybe able to help out

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is suitable for families, as well as short term lets. It is a non smoking apartment and no pets. For families we have a cot, and door guard available. Xmas/NYE period mininium 2 week bookings only. This is a comfortable apartment set up with our family in mind.It is in the middle of the local town with the locals sitting on their chairs by their homes on the road below,or in their homes going about their normal daily lives.it is located with access to the town in mind. We choose this apartment because it is quiet and friendly. The pool is often empty with the odd holiday makers or resident there but busy would be a rare moment indeed. Sitting on the balcony is a lovely way to have breakfast and watch the ferry comes in and out of the bay .The balcony is a sun trap. Outside: A good size shared pool for residents only with pool loungers subject to availablity. On the balcony there are 2 loungers, 6 chairs, one large table and umbrella plus an additional ocassional table. A sun awning.( At certain times of the year the pool may be closed without notice for work to be carried out).Our apartment is located on a hill with good views between 2 residential apartments to the sea and Port. Utility Room: Washing machine, a small chess freezer . This is a large secure store room for balcony furniture. A great place to store your beach gear. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Linen and towels are included, they are changed for two weekly stays or more. The property is cleaned after each stay. Management service available in mornings (not Sundays). I can be contacted via my mobile if you have any problems. Tel 07887 568836 Other: The main bedroom has a king size bed and views across the harbour. The 2nd bedroom looks over a small secluded garden with 2 twin beds. All bedroom windows have mosquito screens and free standing circulating fans.The balcony is large and well equipped.
