The apartment is situated in the Cala Egos region of beautiful Cala D’or, one of the most picturesque resorts on the south east coast of Majorca. It is located within a private residential complex in a quiet area of the resort, but still within easy walking distance of all the amenities you will need e.g. bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, chemist, etc. The marina of Cala D'or is only a 10 minute walk away with its many bars, restaurants, shops and lots more. There are a total of seven beaches within Cala d'or with the nearest only a short 200 metre walk away. The apartment also forms a great base for golfers, with 17 courses on the Island the nearest of which is a championship course Vall D'or, only 10 minutes in the car or taxi.

Your apartment and the complex was perfect together with all the restaurants and beaches etc. But of course we had wonderful weather and didn't do much travelling around preferring to just lounge round the pool area.

I and three friends spent a very enjoyable week in Cala Egos. This apartment was very well equipped, beautifully clean and comfortable and exceeded all our expectations. The Bella Luna complex was safe, secure, quiet and was close to all amenities. The swimming pool area was stunning. We received a lovely welcome from Averil who could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to return one day.

The apartment was very well presented and had a lovely balcony for relaxing. The pool is fab and as said is the biggest in the area. Totally enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed after our week.

The property is very well equipped and has a lovely large balcony. The owner, John, was really helpful before we arrived and has somebody you can contact living on the complex, who.was also really helpful. The complex itself is lovely, really well kept and with an amazing pool area. There was always plenty of loungers available and it never felt crowded. There is a lovely walk to the marina and then not much further into cala d'or. Lovely relaxing holiday.
Super holiday in a beautiful complex, perfect for families
This was our first time booking through owners direct, we were a little anxious but John who owned the apartment soon put our minds to rest. He was very professional in his prompt and thorough response to our queries about the apartment, location, and general suitability for our family of 5 (including a toddler).
This was a fantastic apartment in a great small, and quiet complex, with a lovely pool area. The grounds and the pool were very clean, and there were always plenty of sun beds. The apartment was also immaculately clean, with plenty of room for 5, it had everything you could possibly need including a folder of information on local markets, recommended restaurants, beaches etc including directions from the apartment.
John kindly left water and milk in the fridge and was happy to accommodate for our late arrival and departure. Avril the property manager who lives on the complex was also very helpful and friendly. It's a lovely area with lots to do, we spent most of our time between cala d'or (less than 5 min drive) and cala mondrago (10 minute drive.)
We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family and friends, and hope to return again.

well equipped and clean apartment
Lovely apartment. Clean and we'll equipped. Well situated for the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely pool area with a pool bar. John the owner is very helpful answering any questions that you have before you arrive in Cala Egos. If I know anyone going to Cala Egos I will definitely recommend them to try and book this apartment.
Quiet and well appointed apartment on nice development near beaches, shops and restaurants
We had a terrific week staying at this very nice apartment in a development close to the shops and beaches of the Cala Egos end of the Cala D'Or resort. Everything was as described in the listing, with plenty of extra information provided by the owners in the apartment. The development was pretty quiet while we were there (Summer half term), the pool was lovely and we enjoyed making use of the tennis courts. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities, kitchen equipment etc. provided. The air-conditioning worked well but we didn't really need it as there was a nice cool breeze off the sea during the week we were there.
The Cala Egos area has a good selection of shops (including a medium sized supermarket) and restaurants and it is easy to walk (15 minutes?) to the Cala D'Or Marine area which has even more choice. There are two small but very beautiful beaches a short walk away but we spent most of the week at Cala Mondrago which is a short drive away (also reachable by bus or taxi). This provides two beaches within a nature reserve and has some of the best sea swimming and snorkelling I have ever experienced - lots of fish! There are also a couple of beach bars and a small shop there.
Activity and Interests
There are 2 beautiful beaches within 5 mins walk, both sandy, sheltered coves with beach bars. Within 10 mins drive are 5 more sandy beaches, providing ample space for sun-worshippers! All beaches are suitable for children and safe for swimming.
It will take approximately 40 minutes to travel from Palma airport and the two main options are to hire a car (which can be picked up and dropped off at the airport or the resort itself) or to get a taxi.
Taxi transfer is located immediately outside the arrival hall at Palma Airport.
Very reasonable car hire rates are available from www.carjet.com and is best arranged prior to your journey from the UK.
The apartment is within 200 yards of all the amenities of Cala Egos where you will find excellent bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The nearby town of Cala D'Or is a 5 minute drive and can be reached by the local mini train. Cala D'Or Marina is a 15 minute stroll. The high standard of roads and excellent sign-posting makes driving around the island easy and most places can be reached in no more than 1 hour's drive.
Cala Egos itself offers a variety of nightlife, as well as providing the essential supermarkets, chemist, shops and banks. It is ideally located to give you easy access to the vibrant resort of Cala Dor that has a fantastic range of cafes, restaurants, family bars, music bars and a few nightclubs.
The famous marina of Cala D’Or is a great place to eat by the waterside overlooking the boats and yatchs. Porto Petro is a nearby, fishing port where you can pick up a glass-bottom boat trip. Or you can visit a local market, take a day trip to Palma City, see the Caves Of Drach, or check out a few of the great beaches around the island. There are also 2 large water parks within easy reach for a fun day out for all the family.

Provisional bookings can be made and we will hold this for you while you secure your flights. Bookings can then be confirmed with a 25% deposit (non-refundable). Balance is to be paid 12 weeks prior to departure. A refundable £250 damage deposit is also required - this can be a post-dated cheque which will only be cashed if damage is caused.
Ideally, we would like to operate on a Saturday to Saturday basis, especially in peak season. However, if special requests are made we will endeavour to accommodate 10/11 nights, long weekends or long stays. The apartment will be available from 2.00 pm

Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. Weekend breaks and 10/11 night bookings can be accommodated, subject to availability. These will be calculated on a pro-rate basis. Price can be negotiated to fill late cancellations.

- Notes on accommodation: Apartment is on the 1st floor. Fully air conditioned (installed May 2014) with a separate ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom. A selection of games are available for adults and kids as well as tennis rackets and balls for your use. Playstation 2 and games. We have recently installed satellite TV into the apartment with a selection of British and European channels. The complex also has a WIFI connection. All you need to do is bring your laptop or tablet.. Outside: The complex has a beautiful large swimming pool with a waterfall feature and shallow area for children. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols provided. There is a pool bar offering free wifi and is open in high season serving drinks, snacks and ice creams. Alongside the pool is a BBQ area, tennis and racquetball courts. The apartment comes with its own secure parking space and the complex is accessed through a security gate. Utility Room: New washing machine (July 2014), clothes rack, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment is cleaned on arrival. Towels and linen are provided (not beach towels). Additional services can be provided for and extra charge, including mid stay linen change £30.
