Ask about use of the car, offering huge savings on commercial hire. You are looking at a much loved and well cared for family holiday home. I'm sure the pictures will show that this property is maintained to a high standard, which has encouraged our visitors to treat it with respect. This very large 3 bedroom villa is in a charming village in easy travelling distance of Paphos town, harbour and beaches. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it has 1 Kingsize double, 1 Double & 1 bedroom with two single beds. A large kitchen/breakfast room, large lounge, private pool, enclosed garden with own drive, carport and parking space. Many lets are now repeat business with returning guests or through recommendations. Tsada is located 15 mins North of Paphos Town, the transfer from Paphos International Airport is approx 30 mins. Tsada is the ideal location if you wish to experience the quiet unspoilt side to Cyprus. The local tavernas offer a great welcome, are superb value & you wont need to drive!! The facilities of Paphos town, market and harbour , and Coral Bay beaches are in easy reach by car. Tsada boasts an excellent golf course. We do not let to groups of young singles. A relatively recent addition to Tsada is Aphrodite's Rock Brewing Company -: a fabulous brewery with bar and restaurant which brews all it's real ales, ciders and larger on site. The businesses in the village offer fantastic value for money as well as a warm welcome. The feedback we are getting is that our guests are spending more and more of their time and money in the village because of this.

Live in Norfolk, bought the villa with a friend as a holiday home for us and our families. She loved it so much she has now moved to Tsada full time. I now own the property on my own. It is used by myself, my parents and a few other regular clients and friends. I have regular visitors that return again and again, which is always a good sign. As it is primarily a family holiday home we take good care of the place and hope others will respect it, and the lovely Cypriots and English that live in the area. As it is not a business I do not find the need to "hard sell" the property, as I am looking for a few bookings a year to help cover costs. I commit to answering questions honestly about the property and area. If I don't think it is suitable for your needs I will tell you. It is a big decision to make booking your holiday accommodation, so I am always happy to have a chat with you by phone about what you are looking for in your holiday location and accommodation. Why Dominic Gray chose Paphos & Suburbs

Had been visiting the Paphos region for many years as have friends living there. Decided to a buy a property as loved the area and wanted to have a place in a village. Also it is in close proximity to the airport ( about 25-30 minutes drive ) The villa is literally 5 minutes walk from the village centre & is at the end of a quiet cul de sac of 6 properties facing towards common land that the older Cypriots farm. The village still retains its traditional charm as development here has been firmly controlled. The villa is a decent size (built in 2000) unlike some of the newer properties that seem to be crammed into small plots now. Rooms are spacious and there is a nice size garden and a private pool. If you like eating out the local Tavernas, Brewery and Restaurant are welcoming & quite simply great value for money.

When you need a break from village life, Paphos town is about 8 to 10km distance away. Here you will find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Quite simply the feedback we get about my property and the village is fantastic. Both families and couples of all ages seem to absolutely love it.

We have regular visitors to Paphos say they will never stay in the town again. The village is peaceful, friendly and unspoilt.

The value for money is great too, as the Tavernas, brewery and restaurant in the village are more competitively priced then most places in the main town.

However it is a simple, easy drive down one road to reach the town, harbour and popular tourist area. Here you will find plenty of places, to shop, drink and eat.

What makes this villa unique

Two things make my villa stand out from the crowd :- use of a car & having a reliable local contact. I have a Toyota Starlet car (small 5 dr hatchback) that I can make available for your use. Its a basic little car but in good condition and is regularly serviced. It has breakdown cover which has never been used. This is subject to age restrictions on insurance. The cost is modest & can potentially save you a lot of money. Car hire can be a substantial part of your holiday cost. My good friends Lynda & Tommy retired to Tsada 8 years ago. They look after my villa & keep it spotlessly clean and are on hand should any problems arise or you need help. They will arrange airport transfers if you require. They are also an excellent resource of local knowledge & will help you with places to visit, eat etc if you wish.

Notes on accommodation: The pool is cleaned and the chemicals are checked twice weekly. A net is available for the use of guests to skim off any debris that blows into the pool. This villa is a privately owned family holiday home. We take good care of it in the hope that our guests will respect it and the Cypriots and English that live in the village. The villa is positioned at the end of a cul de sac of six detached properties ( 3 on each side of the cul de sac ) There is one property positioned to the side of this villa on the other side of the road. The front of the property looksmout onto farmland and olive groves. The pool and sundeck area are in the established, enclosed garden and are surrounded by walls and fencing. Outside: The property has a tiled patio area to the front, which has patio table and comfortable chairs suitable for eating outside. The garden has planted borders, the pool has a surrounding area that is slabbed, which is ideal for sunbathing. There are Grecian style steps down into the shallow end of the pool for easy access. There are six sun loungers with mattresses available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included. Property will be cleaned before and after your stay. Swimming pool professionally serviced twice weekly. Additional service of linen change/ house clean during your stay can be provided at additional cost. Other: Downstairs wc off Lounge.

Fantastic family holiday

The villa was everything we imagined and more, Lynda and Tom could not of done enough to make us feel welcome. The villa was spotless and the use of Dominic's car was a god send getting around Tsada and Paphos.

The pool was cleaned twice a week, this was perfect for cooling down in the scorching heat and fantastic for relaxing.

Dominic I would like to thank you also for allowing us to rent your villa and have a fantastic holiday.

We would defiantly recommend this villa to our family and friends.

Excellent villa in quiet location with small swimming pool.

Villa was in a quiet location and had every amenity you could ask for. The place was spotless when we arrived and was like a home from home. Everything we wanted was there in one of the many well stocked kitchen units. The pool was cleaned twice a week and although not large was more than big enough to cool off and then relax on the large array of garden funiture. Two restaurants are within easy walking distance and were both very good and good value. Would go back again if we decide to go to Cyprus another year.

Absolute brilliant place

We stayed here in June , everything was excellent from the point of booking to actually arriving at the villa.

Dominic could not have done anything more to make our holiday go without a hitch.

The villa is very well equipped and spotless, the pool is an absolute bonus. We cannot say one negative thing in relation to our holiday. I would not hesitate in recommending Dominic's villa , if you choose to book you will not be disappointed.

Tsada is a lovely village, with the added bonus of two tavernas , one you can walk to the other 5 minutes by car.

Linda who picks you up from the airport could not have been helpful and welcoming, always on hand if you're out have any queries, questions or advice on where to go on Cyprus.

Exceeded expectations

Dominic`s house is in a beautiful, tranquil village location a few miles from Paphos. It lacks nothing in equipment (there is even a car to borrow) and was spotless on arrival with a welcome pack of groceries. During a very hot spell the private pool was a delight after sightseeing trips.

Dominic`s local English friend, Linda, was very welcoming and gave us great advice and help during our holiday, as well as providing transfers to and from the airport. We have no hesitation in recommending this property..

Our first trip to cyprus

This is a real home from home (except that we don't have a swimming pool at home!). Extremely comfortable and so well equipped you truly want for nothing. From the moment we landed at Paphos airport and were picked up by Lynda nothing could be easier. Lynda was supremely helpful and having Dominic's car was the icing on the cake. What a saving! The village is in a good location, just 20 minutes from the centre of Paphos, but away from the crowds. There is lots to see in Paphos, the archeological site being a real high point. We could have, and probably should have, explored further afield but apart from a trip to the west coast we pretty much lazed around the pool and had the chilled out holiday which we wanted. For new comers to Cyprus, they drive on the left! Hoorah!! They also have 3 pin plugs as in the UK, so adaptors are a waste of space.
