I am a Finnish citizen living in Turkey since 1985. I worked for four years in Istanbul for a Finnish tour operator and was relocated to Marmaris. I fell in love with this lovely, sunny and friendly Aegean town.
The construction of Eden Villas finished in 2007. Since then I have been taking care of the villas and happy customers make me happy! :D
Eeva Susi purchased this villa in 2005
I chose to build Eden Villas on this particular forest slope because this is a spot where I would love to spend my own holiday! The location is quiet, beautiful, with huge pine trees behind the villas and the mountains and valleys in the front form an amazing view and feeling. After a few minutes walk you are on a road where mini buses are driving to central Marmaris, which is only 6 km from the villas. The town offers great restaurants, shopping, night life, huge yacht harbour, you name it!
From our guest book:
We stayed at Fig Tree Villa in October, and were amazed by the property. It is secluded, with lovely views stretching down the wooded valley. We hired a Jeep, arranged by Eeva and Max the owners, for a few days and drove into Marmaris, 10 minutes away, as well as to other nearby destinations.
The villa itself was exactly as described, well fitted-out with all immenities, and our 3 young kids loved playing in our own swimming pool while we relaxed on the terrace sipping the local Efes beer and Raki! The villa provided a cot for our youngest, and we felt very comfortable and treated with respect by the multilingual-speaking owners, who happen to be Finnish and English.
All in all, we loved the quiet seclusion, but also the nightlife on Bar Street. This was great as we had an English-speaking baby-sitter to look after the kids, again arranged by the owners. We are planning on returning this summer with some other friends from Dallas.
Our third holiday at Eden Villas. Twice in Banana Valley and this year in Fig Tree Villa. Magical, tranquil and awesome scenery. Not enough adjectives to describe our wonderful holiday. Bathed in sunshine with fig and banana trees and only the sound of crickets in the trees makes for a perfect holiday. Ten minutes in the car down the hill to excellent restaurants or buy supplies at the local Kipa supermarket and eat al fresco. All this is made so much better when meeting Eeva every evening when she pops in to see if any help is needed and offers invaluable help on where to visit or eat. The Jacuzzi in the swimming pool is fantastic and many long hours sitting in there with a drink and a book! If you want to unwind in a beautiful villa with even more beautiful surroundings then Eden Villas is for you. We will definitely be going back for our fourth visit.
