This beautiful finca (Spanish farmhouse) has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard within the last few years. This characterful home with its secluded stylish pool is situated in tranquil country surroundings but within easy reach of Moraira and its beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. One bathroom and one shower room. A large conservatory and a separate sitting room. There is a beautiful covered table and seats in the garden overlooking the pool and also a dining room inside the house.

Notes on accommodation: The living area of the villa is all on one level and is suitable for people with walking difficulties. Outside: The beautifully designed pool area is set in a large tranquil and secure half-acre garden with ample teak sun loungers and chairs. A Moroccan style alfresco dining area has been created with views over the surrounding almond and olive groves. There is a barbecue available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels included. Beach towels are not included.

Ideal Location

What a charming Finca, ideally situated, quiet yet close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Pool was lovely and there is lots to see and do around the area.

The accommodation was comfortable and the welcome pack was a lovely thought.

The kitchen had a few extra bits and pieces for cooking etc which are not always present in other villas we have stayed at.

Tuelada only a few minutes drive, I personally would not walk it as its very bendy and

up hill on the way back with no pavements.

The communication before and during the holiday from the owner was extremely helpful and

nothing was too much trouble.

Ginger Snaps (the cat) was an added bonus being cat lovers.

Overall we had a great time and wish we had booked a longer break.

Can't recommend highly enough

Can't recommend enough. Great communication before the holiday with no question too small. The best accommodation we've ever stayed in. Rustic, lovely detail, clear and had everything we needed and more. Very quiet area but not far from town. We honestly barely left the villa in the day time. Wifi worked a treat - essential for the teens. We cooked on the outdoor frying pan. We LOVED the cat and it really felt like out own home after the first day or so. We will see you again next year please!!

What's not to love about this Finca

Beautifully eclectic and stylish Finca in a lovely quiet setting. The pool and garden offer a photo opportunity at every angle. The Finca 's position between Teulada a lovely medieval walled town and Benimarco, give fantastic traveling choice to Moraira and Benissa, Calp and Altea. The property has everything you will need and more. The welcome pack of wine, beer, milk, bread, bacon and eggs a fantastic treat. We definitely long to return to this wonderful haven.

Just back from a wonderful 2 week stay in this lovely property.Spotless and very well maintained with a great private garden .The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook but good restaurants just a short drive away as is the beach.Anne the owner was just a call away if we needed her and as previous review mentioned ,she left a good welcome pack for us.Would highly recommend .

Had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful finca. Homely and welcoming, Anne left us a welcome of wine, beer, milk and juice. Will be going back some time very soon.

peaceful haven!

very peaceful country location but not isolated,just a short drive to moraira and beaches.

characterful house with interesting artifacts in every room .pool in a beautiful supermarket 3 minutes drive

Approximately 10 minutes to the town centre of Moraira where the two largest sandy beaches are cleaned daily. Both are gently shelving and therefore are particularly safe for young children and have lifeguards on duty in high season. There are many other smaller delightful coves in the area.


The nearest airport is Alicante which is less than an hour's drive away. Valencia International Airport is 80 minutes' drive, while Murcia airport is an hour and a half away. Rental car recommended.


The nearest village, Teulada, is medieval and is 3 minutes drive or 20 mins walk. Moraira 10 minutes drive. Scenic mountain villages 35 minutes. Guadalest, the second most popular cultural site in Spain, 45 minutes. The city of Valencia, 80 minutes, is a thriving cultural and artistic centre with good shopping facilities. Alicante, 45 minutes away, also has a fantastic range of shops and several covered shopping malls. There is also a further covered shopping mall 15 minutes from the property.

Further Details:

This villa whilst being set in typically rural Spanish countryside is still conveniently situated for the many restaurants and bars in the area.
