The Katrilla' Penthouse' is aptly named for the superb views from main salon + 3rd bedroom. Independent from Garden apt. sleeps 6+2. Large lux. salon with balcony to 2 sides, 1 with canopy. Sun from sunrise/sunset. Superb kitchen, high-lacquered white units, granite tops + S/S fittings + appliances. Dual gas/elec. hob, elec. oven, fr/freezer, d-washer,M-wave, breakfast area. 2 dble bedrooms with en suite bathrooms 1 with jacuzzi.1 twin upper floor bedroom with TV/play area via spiral staircase using further sep. shower + WC. A large private villa where the Garden, Penthouse apartments and pool house are available all year. The penthouse apt. is the whole upper floor and Garden Apt the whole lower half of main villa, sleeping 6 people each. Possibility that the Penthouse could accommodate 4 adults + 4 children. Pool house is an independent 'little house' for 2 people in the grounds of the villa at opposite end of pool to the villa. All 3 units can be let together or independently and all guests have their own private facilities. The Penthouse apartment of the villa has own access as do each of the other sections. Pool and garden are shared at all times. Ideal for 2-3 families together or individual ones wanting luxury, coastal location, quality and superb views. All sections of the villa are independent of each other. With many repeat clients this is a superb location. Now the upper floor, the 'Penthouse' is also available all year meaning the whole villa can sleep up to 14 people together!
Private owner and clientèle
On requesting a reservation, a booking form will be sent. Bookings are confirmed on a 25 % deposit payment and the balances are due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is made in sterling into a UK bank account, but payment can also be accepted by credit card. Travel insurance can also be provided.
Change-over day is normally Saturday, but occasionally, particularly out of season arrivals may be possible on other days.

Special rates apply for Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition periods. Up to 30% reduction on late availability and/or cancellations. Linen and towels available for hire at £23.50 per person. Cots/high chairs available at extra cost.
