This is a beautiful modern, extremely well appointed property,with air-conditioning. situated in a quiet residential area in Costeres, Calpe. The villa has a private pool, which is heated,

The villa is split into two separate accommodations. The main house is the whole of the upper floor, as you walk into the entrance door, the master bedroom is situated on this floor ( lower) which then leads up the main staircase to the dining area, and a brand new modern kitchen with island, and large open plan living room, with two large sofas, for relaxing. From the living room onto a balcony with cane furniture, with beautiful views over Calpe and the rock.There is a door leading from the living room to the hallway, where there is a bedroom with single beds, a bedroom with double bed (en suite) and a family bathroom. The other accommodation on the ground floor, comprises of Kitchen, Small shower room/toilet Sink, entrance hall, leading to open plan dining area and living room with two large sofas, which leads on to a large balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs ( For 6). 1 x bedroom with two single beds, 1 x bedroom with king size bed and large en suite bathroom.

The villa has a large outdoor dining area/kitchen, with BBQ and large bottle / beer / wine /drinks cooler, and Fridge Freezer. Dining tables seat 16 people.All shaded by a pergola with awning also. The pool, and outdoor dining and sunbathing areas, are all located at the rear of the villa, very private and not overlooked.

The villa is in a fantastic location.Only a 10-15 min walk through a quite urbanization, NOT on busy main roads. (child friendly) to Levante beach, two large supermarkets,. Shops , restaurants , bars, cafes, every amenity on your door step. The main town of Calpe is a 4-5 min drive , or 40 minute walk.

There are two main beaches in Calpe, one either side of the famous land mark Penon Ifach (Calpe Rock).Situated at the end of Levante beach, at the Calpe Port. Both Beaches are lined by bars and restaurants of every type of cuisine. Smaller coves are situated farther along the coast. Only 25 minutes away are all the parks and attractions of Benidorm - Aqualandia (Water Park ) & Terra Mitica (Theme Park).

Beach aparatus: Parasols, wind breakers, buckets and spades. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided ( bring your own beach towels). There is a weekly linen change provided.There is a washing machine in the laundry room. Towels provided are of good quality, please do not use them for around the pool or for the beach.

We stayed at short notice at this wonderful villa and cannot recommend it highly enough. Well run, professionally kitted out and we wanted for nothing. The pool was clean and cool, the patio spotless and the house to die for. We sat out on the balcony into the small hours looking over Calpe....its made us seriously think of buying a place here ourselves. The owners are approachable, flexible and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay comfortable and a real experience to cherish. Thank you both!! If you are thinking of staying here, do not hesitate as return guests will be snapping up the summer months before you know it!
