Apartment in Seville, Andalucia - In The Heart Of The Seville Monuments

All monuments are at walking distance. 3 minutes from The Giralda tower, The Royal Alcázar Palace (a rich Moorish heritage) and The General Archive of the Indies( about the relationship of Spain with the overseas American colonies). 3 minutes from Barrio de Santa Cruz, one of the most genuine zone of the city. Its colourful and vibrant streets are a real invitation for stepping into the streets of the old jewish country among ancient walls, jazmin essence and beautiful hidden patios.

About Concepcion Torres

Concepcion Torres, Retired Physics and Chemistry teacher living in Seville (Spain). Married. Four descendants.

I enjoy swimming, biking and reading. We started to rent the apartment for tourism 11 years ago having the chance to meet new people from everywhere.

Concepcion Torres purchased this apartment in 1980

Why Concepcion Torres chose Seville Metropolitan Area

It is a very very central apartment. For me is the best place to live in Seville. Visitors can find nearby all kind of facilities and the surrounding quietness of big ancient buildings. I used to live there.

What makes this apartment unique

There are something no temporary, imperishable that only can be felt in Seville walking by the Alcazar and its garden and hearing the sounds of the Cathedral bells.

Apartment in an excellent position, perfectly placed yet quiet and tranquil

  • 4 of 5

We found the apartment to be very well equipped and comfortable and the owner, Conception, to be very helpful and welcoming. The property was an ideal base to explore Seville for our first visit and a great space to retreat back to for some rest! We would highly recommend it for a couple and hope to come back ourselves in the future.

Everything I expected

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is in a fantastic location and very comfortable. I stayed 4 weeks while attending Spanish language classes in Seville. Everything I expected and needed was there. Concepción was very thorough in her explanations and easily available through Whatsapp for any additional questions I had. She also provided a city map and other tourist information. I can't wait to return.

Superb location and excellent hosts

  • 5 of 5

Excellent central location 2 minutes walk from the cathedral and the Alcazar but you wouldn't know it as the apartment is very quiet. We arrived at Seville San Bernardo station by train, and took the overground tram 3 stops to Archivo de Indias which is only a couple of minutes walk to the apartment. The apartment is clean and well maintained, providing everything (and more) that you'll need during your stay. Our hosts were at the apartment on our arrival as arranged and were very helpful with things to see and do. We really appreciated the welcome provisions of milk, butter, jams, fruit juice etc. to get us started. We would recommend visits to the Cathedral, Giralda (great 360 degree views) and the Alcazar - book tickets on-line to avoid the queues.

Brilliant location with outdoor space

  • 5 of 5

This a great apartment, just a couple of minutes from the cathedral and all the historic attractions. The apartment has everything you need, right down to sun hats and umbrellas! There is a lovely little outdoor sitting area, a/c in the sitting and bedroom, all the pots, pans and dishes you could want as well as a washing machine. Spacious bedroom with comfy bed but bathroom through bedroom, so better for family if more than a couple.

Check in no hassle, Conception was easy to contact by text and a lovely host.

Very cozy aprtement in a great location

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic location a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral square and within walking distance of all the major sites. Despite being so central, the small street is very quiet and there is no noise inside the apartment except for the sound of the bells of the churches around. The apartment is as described and spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was a good supply of condiments and food. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and provide everything you may need. I would strongly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in the heart of Seville.

location, location, location

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is in the most fantastic location a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral square and within walking distance of all the major sites. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants very close by and it is close to the tram for getting to the airport bus and to San Bernardo station for the train to Cordoba. Despite being so central the small street is very quiet and there is no noise inside the apartment. The apartment facilities are as described and it was spotlessly clean. There were a few provisions in the kitchen which was a nice touch and all my dealings with the owners were friendly and efficient. I would whole heatedly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in the heart of Seville.
