Our lovely Villa Lusitania is situated in a quiet, residential area in Olhos d'Agua, a 10 minute drive from Vilamoura along the old coastal road to Albufeira and is ideal for both golfers and non golfers alike. The famous courses of the Algarve are only a short drive away and the nearest beach a 10 minute walk. The villa is set in mature gardens, it has a large pool with poolside shower and a separate built-in BBQ area. Inside it is comfortably furnished and includes TV with full SKY package, Wifi and CD player. The spacious, open plan sitting/dining area comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and opens out onto the large, shaded terrace which overlooks the pool and has dining space for 12 - a great place for a pre dinner G&T! It is in a quiet cul de sac (so no traffic) but is only 2/300 yds to supermarkets bars and restaurants. It has 3 main double/twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite) and a hallway area which has two full size bunks and a wardrobe if you need extra beds.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is ideal for small groups or families and has supermarkets, nice bars and retaurants all at your doorstep. The villa however is not on a golf complex or urbanisation but in a pretty residential area near the lovely seaside village of Olhos d'Agua thereby lending itself to a feeling of the 'real' Portugal. Outside: Mature gardens front and back with lighting. 10 x 5 metre private pool with lighting, poolside shower, 4 large umbrellas and 6 sun loungers. Large shaded terrace overlooking pool with table and chairs for 12. Built in BBQ area with dining area for 6/8. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service is once a week and linen and towel change is once a week. Towels are supplied but are not for beach use. Other: Large sun terrace to the front and overlooking the pool with dining area for up to 12. Patio to the back with built in BBQ and seating for 6. Car port with space for 3 cars.

Booking Notes:
For a confirmed booking a deposit of £300 is required. Once received we will send a confirmation/invoice for the balance which is due, with an additional £300 damage deposit, 8 weeks before departure. You will receive your arrival information 2 weeks before you go and your damage deposit will be refunded approx one week after your return.

Changeover Day:
During high season dates changeover day is on Sunday. On other dates we can occasionally be a little more flexible.

For longer stays or winter long lets please call us for a haggle on the price! If you are booking late and we still have availability we may be able to offer a late booking discount especially during low season.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
