About the property


These two 2-bedroom apartments are situated on the Paseo Maritimo Rey de Espana (beach promenade) in Los Boliches just outside of Fuengirola. The private gated community has large private gardens with a guitar shaped swimming pool and is directly opposite a Blue Flag beach which has beach beds and sun umbrellas available for hire. Enjoy drinks and food served to you whilst you relax and sunbathe. Paseo Maritimo has dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants catering to all tastes and the fabulous local chiringuitos (beach bars) all within a nice flat walk. The location is perfect for families, couples or groups of all ages. For golfers there are numerous golf courses all within 10km. Fuengirola is a 20 minute level walk away. This busier resort has numerous restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, discos, bars and shops plus a cinema complex, shopping mall, Bioparc (Zoo) and Aqua Park. One top floor apartment and/or one ground floor apartment are available. Both apartments are the same size but have a slighty different layout in each. Both properties are registered and comply with new rental laws in Spain. Both have air con/heating. Wi Fi and cable TV available as an optional extra if you don't want to miss an episode of your favourite soap. I'm more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

About Patti Senker

Prior to moving to Spain in 2004 to live here permanently, my family and I enjoyed many years of our own wonderful holidays in Los Boliches as our daughter was growing up.

I am happy to help with any questions or requirements our guests may have and being close by also means I can help with any problems that may arise - like one guest who needed an emergency dentist! I speak Spanish so if your taxi driver needs directions just call me! This also happened recently.

Now retired I worked for 16 years with the children's charity - the Rhys Daniels Trust - and am also involved with a local animal charity here in Spain re-homing abandoned dogs.

Why Patti Senker chose Fuengirola

My husband has been coming to this part of Spain since he was 15 and he is now 68 and he particularly wanted an apartment in this complex.

Our apartments are in a fantastic location with an amazing view of the beach and Mediterranean sea. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk which all makes for an easy relaxing holiday for our guests.

There is nowhere that has a garden like this complex - it really is something special.

This area of Los Boliches is not far from Fuengirola but is quieter and not so crowded especially in the busy summer season.

Lovely location, good sized apartment for 4 adults

Apartment bit tired looking but comprehensively provided with kitchen and bathroom stuff + towels, tea-towels and linen. Lovely having the verandah to sit on. People in the complex were very friendly. Walk-in shower was perfect for my mum and the shower was great, full of power. Air conditioning with remote control- perfect!

Would recommend better sun loungers for the garden as they were uncomfortable + there were only 2 of them.

Patti was lovely to deal with and answered all our questions ahead of us arriving. We saw her once during our visit as we had to bring copies

of our passport with us.

Apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It's about 20-30 minutes walk to main shopping centre + a church that does an English speaking mass (St Joseph's). But you can walk there along the promenade which is fabulously wide and perfect for pushing our mum'a wheelchair.

Just great location, we were here for 4 nights, felt like a week it was so relaxing.

Great location and everything we needed was there

Such a lovely location - great places to eat, shop and walk. The garden is beautiful and the beach just across the road. A perfect place to relax or explore. The owner has thought of everthing a guest might need. Will definitely return.

what a well situated place, gardens to sit in, pool to swim in and 25 yds from the beach. turn left or right outside the front and you will find loads of bars and restaurants

fab little find

We have just returned from staying in this apartment - having spent hours trawling through the apartments on this site, I am so glad we stumbled across this one. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our week's stay, lovely sunbathing area and a lovely pool too - and just across from the beach. The apartment is within very easy walking distance of loads of lovely restaurants - La Bahia and El Rio our favourites and there are loads of well priced and well stocked supermarkets within two minutes walk. Patti, the owner, popped over to see us which was a lovely personal touch. I am loathed to praise too much I case it's not available when we next want to visit!!!

Car: not necessary


The Blue Flag beach is across the road from the gardens of the apartment complex.


Malaga airport is approximately 15 miles from the apartment. This takes about 20 minutes by car. Car hire is not essential as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beach are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.


There are numerous shops, restaurants and beach bars along Paseo Maritimo where the apartment is located. The 'high street' of Los Boliches is a few minutes walk and the town of Fuengirola is about a 20 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo.
