These two 2-bedroom apartments are situated on Paseo Maritimo in Los Boliches. The gated community has large gardens with a guitar shaped swimming pool and is directly opposite a Blue Flag beach. Paseo Maritimo has dozens of shops, restaurants and beach bars all within easy reach. Wi Fi and cable TV available. One top floor apartment and/or one ground floor available. Slighty different layout in each. Both properties are registered and comply with new rental laws in Spain.

About The Owner
Prior to moving to Spain in 2004 to live here permanently, my family and I enjoyed many years of our own wonderful holidays in Los Boliches as our daughter was growing up.
I am happy to help with any questions or requirements our guests may have and being close by also means I can help with any problems that may arise - like one guest who needed an emergency dentist! I speak Spanish so if your taxi driver needs directions just call me! This also happened recently.
Now retired I worked for 16 years with the children's charity - the Rhys Daniels Trust - and am also involved with a local animal charity here in Spain re-homing abandoned cats and dogs of which, sadly, there are far too many.

My husband has been coming to this part of Spain since he was 15 and he is now 67 and he particularly wanted an apartment in this complex.
Our apartments are in a fantastic location with an amazing view of the beach and Mediterranean sea. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk which all makes for an easy relaxing holiday for our guests.
There is nowhere that has a garden like this complex - it really is something special.
This area of Los Boliches is not far from Fuengirola but is quieter and not so crowded especially in the busy summer season.

Lovely apartment, awesome views
Just returned from our week in this apartment, I don't usually write a review but need to on this occasion. Apartment was excellent and as described, lovely and clean and very welcoming. The help and information I received from Patti was excellent she is a lovely lady and will do her very best to make your stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and would certainly book again, thanks Patti for all you did
A delightful holiday apartment
"My wife and I were impressed with our top, third floor holiday apartment in Fuengirola. From the balcony, it looks out on well kept lawns, gardens, the swimming pool, and the sandy beach, with car parking out of sight at the rear and sides of the building.
It is situated close to a range of shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the train station, Los Boliches, which is directly connected to the airport
The apartment is delightful, easily reached by the lift and is well appointed. As well as a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen, it has both a double and a twin bedroom and a good sized bathroom and toilet.
It was well kept and in very good order and we look forward to returning next summer.

This was our second stay at this apartment, we do not return to places we do not like. This break is taken after a long year end work on the company's financial accounts and I need a relaxing time and this rental ticks all the boxes for that to happen.
Since last year the kitchen had been redesigned which created more space to move around in, but must confess that only the kettle was used as we enjoyed the local restaurants.
The nearby train is great for getting up and down the coast to visit other places in the area and we will be returning for another relax next year.
I never normally write reviews but after logging on and seeing the review left I feel the need to leave one, my husband and I book this apartment at least twice a year and have been going there for the last seven years, the owner meets us they're and shows us around the apartment and where all the spare bedding and towels are and which are plentiful and can be changed daily if required, we have always found the apartment clean and tidy, it has the most amazing sea views and this is why we keep coming back, with the cheap flights into Malaga then we just jump onto the train for 3 euros into Los Boliches and the apartment is a five minute walk, there is a supermarket next door and an abundance of shops and restaurants to explore every night, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with the beach across the road and everything you need on your doorstep.
Cleaninless allot to be desired
On arrival at this property very disappointed with cockroches in the apartment, Dirty Linen on Double Bed, Apartment was stinking of grease, obviously, not cleaned for a long time, Fans covered in grease, microwave, and all furniture was smeared in grease. Totally unacceptable. We contacted the Owner, who arranged for someone to come in to clean the following day of our arrival, Cleaners agreed with us that the apartment was totally unacceptable.
Just had the best holiday in years after staying in this fantastic apartment. The view from the large balcony is wonderful, and my wife and i spent many nights enjoying a cool drink as the sun set. It's location is superb, just a stones throw from the beach, with everything literally outside the small apartment complex. For those wondering about transfers from Malaga, DONT get a taxi, use the train, very reliable,air conditioned and only 10 euros for 3 adults. It's a 6 minute walk to the apartment along the seafront, couldn't be easier. A must do, is to go to the crocodile park in torremolinos, it's awesome, with over 300 crocodiles, and the keeper does a great show, jumping in the pits and feeding them. Nerve jangling stuff!! Fuengirola is two minutes walk, with everything you ever need, and the Tuesday market there is huge, with lots to offer. Mijas water park is great fun, and better value than Aqualand in Torremolinos, the food was pretty good for a theme park, with lots of choice for the kids. Another place for the kids is Tivoli world in Benalmadena, open until 2am. Lots of fun things for toddlers to teens. Los bolliches is the perfect resort. Thanks Patti for sharing your lovely place. Activity and Interests
The Blue Flag beach is across the road from the gardens of the apartment complex.
Malaga airport is approximately 15 miles from the apartment. This takes about 20 minutes by car. Car hire is not essential as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beach are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.
There are numerous shops, restaurants and beach bars along Paseo Maritimo where the apartment is located. The 'high street' of Los Boliches is a few minutes walk and the town of Fuengirola is about a 20 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo.
