The house is on two levels.

Upstairs is a double and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with WC.

Downstairs is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC; a lounge/dining area; kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washer; utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner.

All the bedrooms have mosquito nets and ceiling fans.

All the rooms lead onto sun balconies, which face south west and catch all the late morning and afternoon sunshine.

The lounge/dining area has airconditioning, a large portable floorstanding fan and a five seater sofa bed. Broadband is connected with UK TV channels and WIFI.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) with lounge/dining area and kitchen and has broadband connected, UK TV channels and WIFI. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchen. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 4 hob cooker, dish washer, washing machine and the house has a tumble dryer. Both properties have air-con. They can be rented separately or together.

Booking Notes:
Please apply for our booking form. Childrens' high chairs and cots are available for £10 per week. A 25% deposit is required with the booking form and the balance plus a £150 refundable key deposit should be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday for high and mid season. For low season we try to be flexible.

Notes on accommodation: Both house and apartment have airconditioning, CD players. Properties are thoroughly cleaned before the start of every let, and linen and towels are changed weekly. Sunbathing towels are not proved. Traditional Spanish style security bars are fitted throughout. Outside: Each property has its own barbecue facilities and sun loungers. The well maintained tropical gardens contain a shared circular swimming pool 15m in diameter and a smaller childrens' pool.
