Privately Owned Marina Rubicon located Villa in Private, quiet Cul de Sac near Beaches, Bars, Restaurants with an unusually high delivery of investment this LOVED spacious two/three bed villa is ideal for couples and up to 6 people with en suite master bedroom and private balcony ... singles, couples and larger groups are all welcome. We are looking for existing 2 bed villa people who want more space and larger groups who will enjoy the many recent improvements that this villa has enjoyed from New Covered areas New Lava Walls to create a Lanzarote style environment, New Patio are all examples. We are just 250 meters from the Marina Rubicon and a nice stroll to the lovely Dorada Beach both accessible on foot as are many bar's, restaurants, shops and two good supermarkets and crucially being in a cul-de-sac you will get the sense of privacy and security which is of course very important. Our garden is planted with palms and cactus to create a truly Mediterranean atmosphere which complement your own private pool. Many of our visitors are couples who enjoy the bigger space than a two bed villa however for larger groups or families there is ample space for up to six people. Crucially our repeat booking record is 60% and this means we are getting things about right we think.The villa is very popular because of location, great support and attention to detail. On the subject of detail we visit this villa ourselves and are keen to invest in anything that is not up to scratch. We know that if you have not enjoyed your stay then you will not come back and as such we know attention to detail is key along with the brilliant proximity to all the action you surely will have a great holiday.

About Phil

Dawn and I love to travel and with this in mind on a visit to Playa Blanca we saw the Marina Rubicon being built and we had the opportunity to invest in one of the best located Villas near to the new development. We now go to Playa Blanca often and because of this we set a very high standard for our lovely property for not only us but all the loyal visitors who now are welcomed.

Why Phil chose Playa Blanca - Yaiza

We had a lovely holiday in Playa Blanca and were very impressed with the Marina Rubicon development and Dorada beach that we decided to look at some 2 bed villas near to the Marina. We were very lucky at being able to take advantage of one of the best location and best views with easily the best garden overlooking the marina. We love Lanzarote, we love the Marina Rubicon and our lovely house.

What makes this villa unique

Whilst staying at this villa you can expect only the highest standard. The villa is a great size is very well furnished and very well located. The support team is excellent are there in case of need. We now offer welcome pack, free pool towel per visitor and Free WIFi and extensive TV package

Marina View 2 is fantastic. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, this villa is only a short walk away from the lovely Marina Rubicon area of Playa Blanca. The pool and garden area are great and the cactus gave us a few giggles. The large BBQ is great for nights in and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. Phil and Dawn are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. Overall a great holiday in a fantastic villa in a superb location.

We found Marina View 2 an excellent Villa which was clean and very spacious. The garden/pool area is very well kept and we enjoyed several nights staying around the pool and taking advantage of the large barbecue. The villa is a short walk to the actual marina where we found some lovely restaurants. Overall a villa and location highly recommended! 28 April 2010 by David, Birmingham.



It was 31 yrs since we were last in Lanzarote and so expected lots of changes, but pleased to say the island was still as lovely as we had remembered.

Recently this villa has received significant investment with new Lava Walls, completely new outdoor patio tiles and a covered area to help you escape the sun. The villa is big inside with three good size bedrooms a lovely lounge area and big modern kitchen, The villa is tastefully presented and just 250 meters from the Marina Rubicon in a quiet and private location. We have tried to think of everything inside and out and provide a home from home villa but with much more sun and your own swimming pool. Outside: This villa has a large garden planted with lovely palm trees and plants. There is a solar heated private pool (with cover) which is excellent for the occasional dip. We have a large Charcoal BBQ, Outside Table chairs and loungers are all provided. Most important is the conservatory which means you do not get annoyed by the wind if you are eating. Utility Room: Washing area and storage facility. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned inside and out prior to arrival and during visits of longer than 1 week. Towels are changed within visit and sheets on two week visit.

Lovely well maintained villa 😀

This villa has everything you need for stay. We all loved it and would definitely book this again. Good location, close to Marina, shops and supermarket. There are also plenty of nice bars & restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Brilliant villa. Superb location.

Playa Blanca & The Marina area is a great place & so close to this lovely villa. Had a lovely three weeks in it & have booked again to return for four weeks to its nearby sister villa for Xmas & New Year 2017. Excellent & very helpful support from Debs. Immaculately clean & modern accommodation. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Great walks by the sea & super restaurants five minutes away. Highly recommend a holiday there. Thanks to Phil for very professional service all round.

Great winter break

The villa was easy to find with good directions. Once inside it was clean and tidy and plenty of room for a family of 6. The only thing maybe needing a little updating were a few of the bed mattresses.

The location of the villa was a short walk from the marina and about a 15min walk to great child friendly beach our children love it! We'd recommend the villa as it was great value for money and a quite location!

Make no mistake ,this is a wonderful villa.It has everything that you could want for a great holiday. It was wonderully prepared by Debs team,and we have no complaints what ever. The location is also suberb. We will definately be back

Great Winter Break

West returned from your lovely 3 bed villa and once again had a very enjoyable stay. I think this is our fifth visit to this villa and we enjoyed it as much as always. The January weather was a cloudy for a while but the internet TV is a big improvement.We were able to catch up on all the Sports Channels and there was a huge list of film titles we could watch.

Now the villa offers a great location when the sun is shining but also has the added advantage of things to do if the winter weather overcast. Thanks again.

Special interest holidays:

For people interested in Scuba or Sailing there is an excellent Scuba(www.rubicondiving.com) and Sailing school in the new Marina.

We now have three mountain bikes (Large and two medium framed) if you like to get out and about for sight seeing or going to the shops or you can use our villa as a base for numerous walks including the Papagayo and the Faro along with walks or bike rides around Lanzarote.

Coast/Beach:

The sea is less than 200 meters away at the Marina where you can enjoy outstanding views. For the nearest yellow beach, Dorada is 10 minutes walk and the world famous Papagayo Beaches just 5 minutes drive into the national park. It is possible to walk to Papagayo but it is not as convenient as Dorada Beach.

Travel:

Nearest Airport 20 minutes drive.

If you decide to get a hire car then this is possible from the airport. We get the keys whilst waiting for baggage. The drive to Playa Blanca is straight forward and direct.

Distances:

Playa Blanca town is a 1.3km walk and 5 minutes drive. Most of the key sights within Lanzarote are within 40 minutes drive and some are truly spectacular.

Further Details:

Most of the banks are in Playa Blanca town but within the Marina there are Banking facilities, Supermarkets, Shops, Bars and Restaurants.

The Marina has it's own Scuba school and leisure boats for rent.
