Why Debra Lacey chose Highlands Reserve

After looking at more than a dozen communities, we chose Highlands Reserve because it is a beautifully landscaped and maintained golf course surrounded by attractive houses. There is a feeling of space and peace and quiet. All the homes are individually owned and unique, many with stunning views.

The community is within easy driving distance of all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Once you return after a hectic day out you can just relax with a cold drink by the pool, have a swim or use the spa and enjoy the view.

The golf course is very popular, and as guests you qualify for discounted rates on the hire of golf clubs.

There is also a tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and kiddies play area.

Highlands Reserve has everything you could need for a wonderful vacation.

What makes this villa unique

You will feel straight at home once you walk through the front door. Very large for a 3 bedroom home, it is spacious and light, attractively decorated and furnished and has a great location overlooking the golf course of Highlands Reserve. The house and garden are well maintained by our very good managers, who have become firm friends - they live on HR and are easily contactable if you need them.

The house is fully licensed/inspected by the State of Florida and regulated by the Hotels/Accommodation division.

We are very close to Berry Town Center which has a supermarket, bank, petrol station and a good choice of restaurants. Access to the theme parks, other restaurants and shopping are all within easy driving distances. The Gulf Coast is approx 1½-1¾ hours drive away.

We spent two weeks at Pine View Villa and had a wonderful time. From the minute we arrived it felt homely. It is in a fantastic setting, the views across the 10th fairway are very pretty and my husband and elder son enjoyed playing the course a number of times.

It is close to everything you require which makes travelling easy. Debra was so organised and Sue who deals with the house at Highlands Reserve was easy to contact and helpful when I spoke to her.

We are looking forward to returning in 2016!

Notes on accommodation: The stairs lead to the 1st floor where there is an open plan galleried lounge/entertainment room. It is equipped with a Digital Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD player. There is a supply of Books & Magazines. There are ceiling fans in all rooms including outside in the Lanai. Fully carpeted throughout except bathrooms and kitchen. All windows have vertical blinds and voile drapes. A Games Room is on the ground floor and has a pool table/table soccer & darts board. Tennis rackets are supplied for use at the nearby tennis courts. 2 x new bicycles. Parking is on the driveway. Security safe and house alarm fitted. A Pool alarm is fitted to Patio Doors. Free local International phone calls & Free wireless internet connection for use with your own laptop. Outside: The S/W facing pool deck is upgraded, extended and privately screened. Sunny from mid morning to Sunset. The 28ft x 14ft pool has underwater lighting and jets, and can be heated at an additional cost. A relaxing spa adjoins the pool and heating is available for both. Pool furniture: sun loungers, table and chairs, including a parasol. Other seating under the lanai. The lawn leads to a pretty garden edged by pine trees which overlooks the 10th fairway. It has landscape lighting for the evening. The golf club and community tennis courts/swimming pool & children's play area are within walking distance. Utility Room: Ground floor utility room fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom/pool towels and all bed linen is supplied. Hairdryers supplies in each bedroom. The villa is cleaned before arrival and an additional maid service midway through is available at a cost. Other: Off the Great Room is an informal seating area with a sofa, leading through patio doors to the Lanai and Pool Deck. Adjoining this area is a breakfast bar and stools. A dining table seating 6 is in the kitchen area. Table is on Pool Deck for o/s dining

Clearwater Beach and St Petes Beach on the west Gulf Coast can be reached by car in approximately 1¾ - 2 hours drive. The Space Coast to the east is approx an 1¼ - 1½ hours drive.


The Orlando International Airport is approx 35 – 40 minutes drive. Sanford Airport is approx 50 mins drive.

Car hire is essential - it is advisable to pre-book.


Disney area (approx 15 mins drive). Seaworld and the Universal Parks/Seaworld (25-30 mins).

The main shopping malls are a 30-45 minutes drive.

Highway 192, with its great selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment is only 2 miles further North of Highlands Reserve.

Further Details:

The villa is located close to the Berry Town Center which has a Publix supermarket, pharmacy, Doctors, banks, petrol station and restaurants/takeaways.

Other facilities including a good choice of restaurants and shops are within an easy drive along the US27. A 24 hour Walmarts is about 5 mins drive away.

Changeover Day:

The villa must be vacated by 11am on day of departure, and is available on day of arrival after 4pm. Access by Key Code. Management Company live on Highlands Reserve.
