Villa Stella is one of the finest properties in La Napoule, perched above the beach, overlooking the world famous Chateau and the bay to Cannes (5km) and the Iles de Lerins (4km). A classical turn of the century pink villa with extensive wooded gardens and swimming pool; please note this is a traditional compact sea front house, set on 3 levels with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate studio (if more than 8 persons). All the principal rooms face the sea. There is a large terrace attracting the cool sea breeze. This house although very private is at the heart of a popular coastal village with easy access by foot to golf courses, restaurants, the marina, the Esterel mountain range, coastal footpath, tennis clubs and the amenities of the village including the train station.

About Guy Llewellyn

Hi, we have owned this property for 20 years. The 3rd owners in over 100 years. Villa Stella was built by a scottish industrialist (Chateau d'Agecroft, La Napoule). We have also lived there for 14 years, recently moving back to the UK (reluctantly).

We have since renovated the house so that it is a perfect holiday home. We had previously rented the house for the summer months to many happy families.

Villa Stella is one of the best situated houses on the Cote D'azur if you want a charming village, beaches, boats, walking, mountains, restaurants etc. Idyllic.

A lovely classic Villa in the heart of La Napoule. All amenities a short walk. Amazing views, the islands, the beach, the port, so much going on. The best holiday Villa ever!
