Villa in Juan Les Pins, near Antibes, 5 minutes from beaches, shops and restaurants

The beaches, shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes’ walk away from this modern Provencal style villa which offers a perfect setting for a family holiday. In the beautiful garden containing roses and jasmine, olive, orange and lemon trees there is a private swimming pool, with sunbeds and for al fresco dining there is a large dining area with a barbecue as well as a lounge area with parasols. The spacious air conditioned house is very well decorated. It has a comfortable living room (with satellite TV and Wifi) with french windows opening out to the shaded and sunny terraces, a well equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a single bedroom, en suite bathroom (with bath), a family bathroom (with separate shower and bath), and 2 separate WCs. There is also a large sunny terrace on the first floor.

There is secure parking for 3 cars. However a car is not necessary; the train station is 7 minutes’ walk away and the bus is 20 metres away from the villa. The public transport is excellent and provides easy access to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Nice Airport.
