This town house is located just within the Lagos castle walls, with stunning sea views over the bay of Lagos and Meia Praia. The ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite; the first floor has twin bedroom and separate bathroom, with stairs leading to the kitchen/lounge and sun terrace. Very close to the shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of Lagos and within a few minutes walk of the beach. No car required.

Notes on accommodation: The property is managed by a friendly English person, and, without invading your privacy, he is there to help if needed. There is a handbook that helps with internal matters in the townhouse and recommends local places of interest and restaurants. Outside: Casa da Nicola is about 50 metres from Lagos castle walls. It's about 3 minutes walk to the beach, and about the same into the bustling main street of Lagos. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included excluding beach towels. Linen and towels are changed at the end of each week.

House ideally located with an incredible terrace a

We had a great week at Casa Nicolas in Lagos. First the owner, Gina, is very pleasant and available. At the Casa Nicolas we felt at home.

The house is ideally located in relation to the town center and the beaches. The terrace and the surroundings are beautiful. What a joy to be able to lunch outside with an incredible view.

The house was very clean.

We loved it and if we go back to Lagos in the near future this will be possible at Gina.

Wonderful rental, Perfect location in Lagos

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Casa Nicola for 4 nights in Oct 2016. The town house and neighborhood around it could not be better. We enjoyed lovely dinners on the rooftop terrace, the views of the old town walls and Atlantic are spectacular. The house is beautifully decorated featuring a top notch kitchen with all the modern conveniences. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is spic and span, super clean and tidy. The house is in a great location. Situated on a quiet side street, it is only a 2 minute walk away from great shops, restaurants etc. Beautiful beaches are about a 5 minute walk away. The whole time we stayed at Casa Nicola we we did not use our car, there was no need. If the opportunity comes up for us to return to Lagos we would definitely rent this house again.

We found Casa Nicola to be a clean and very well-presented townhouse and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner who made the whole booking process very easy. It is in an ideal location for the beach and the town centre, being a few minutes walk from either. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars close by, yet you are far enough away so as to get some peace and quiet if you want it. The view from the balcony is lovely. We would recommend a restaurant called Casa Do Pintor for a real treat, which is a few minutes walk away from the townhouse. We hired a car and 99% of the time were were able to find a parking space on the main road by the Fire Station which is a short walk away from the townhouse. We loved Lagos and intend to return to Casa Nicola in future.

Happy Holiday!

The town house was perfect for our eleven night stay! Casa Nicola is well equipped and is situated within very short walking-distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in the charming old town of Lagos. The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable with a homely feel. I received friendly and helpful communication from Gina. We hope to return to this place in the near future!

Casa Nicola/Lagos/loation/location

Casa Nicola is a traditional town house, near to "everything" beaches, shops, restaurants. A very well equipped accommodation, everything is there including beach equipment.

There are numerous restaurants which are all very good, very reasonably priced and friendly service.

The owners provide good customer service.

If you want a clean, centrally located accommodation this is the place to be.

I would recommend very highly,.

The house is about 3 minutes walk from Lagos beach. There are plenty of other beaches that are a short car journey along this section of the coast; for example, Luz, Salema, Zavial, Meia Praia, Alvor, Praia da Rocha.

Travel:

Faro is just over a one hour drive away. A car is not essential (frankly in high season it can be difficult to find a parking place). If requested, we can help arrange transfer to and from the airport. We can also recommend good value car hire.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. To allow time for cleaning, occupancy is usually taken up after 2pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10am on the date of departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Minimum let price. In off peak season a discount will be considered for long rental periods. Payment can be accepted by cheque in pounds or Euro by prior arrangement.
