There is a small ferry service that offers the best way to explore Ibiza-sailing from Marina Botafoc to various parts of the island! Ibiza town is minutes away by car, walking distance 10-15 minutes. Taxi rank nearby. The property benefits from a large roof terrace with lovely views to the Old Castle and the sea. There is a direct access to a paved patio from the living room and the kitchen.

Super townhouse which lived up to and surpassed expectations



Location was really a great advantage, immediately adjacent to the beach but also 2 minutes walk to the water taxi (goes every 15mins) taking you directly to the old town.



I would also recommend a car hire (easy to park here) as the island has some amazing beaches

Talamanca beach is 2 minutes away walking distance, with its restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water sports. Numerous other beaches could be reached by car, 5-15 minutes drive.

Distances:

From the Townhouse to Ibiza Town takes 3-4 minutes by car, walking distance about 15 minutes.

Talamanca beach and Marina Botafoc are just couple of minutes walking distance.
