We offer 2 spacious 1 bedroom apartments fitted for 2/4 people each, both located in this quiet, luxurious apartment building. The complex offers gardens with 3 enormous swimming pools overlooking the Mediterranean, round-the-clock security, and parking. Both apartments boast stunning sea and mountain views day and night and a large balcony with sun exposure from midday to sunset. Sea and sandy beaches are across the street, as well as a pleasant and entertaining walk along the beach toward the port of Benalmádena. Gourmet supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, buses all within 300m.

We have stayed in this apartment for the last 5/6 years. Apartment is very spacious, clean and has a fabulous view of sea and coastline which stretches for miles. Pool area consists of two large pools and one baby pool. Pool area is surrounded by palm trees and flowers and is a gorgeous area to relax. The complex is well maintained and controlled - no loud noise! Katie and Humberto are very welcoming and are always on hand if you need them. Highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Apartment - Stunning Views!!

Stayed in this apartment for a week and I have to say I was actually shocked by the stunning views!! The layout of the apartment is perfect separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. Its has all the modern cons needed for a week from tea bags to towels!!

The views are just stunning the balcony is lovely really lovely to sit have breakfast or glass of vino!

Location is perfect, across the road from the beach, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants about 30 minute walk from the Marina.

The pool area is brilliant, extremely clean and again stunning views. The sun loungers are €1 a pop which is a bargain.

Will definitely be back next year and the owners are a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant and breathtaking views

We have stayed at this apartment on 6 occasions since we first discovered it in 2005 and on 2 of those years also brought members of our family with us to have another one of the available apartments. We love the apartments which have glorious views and there is a kind of ambience to the apartment which would be difficult to replicate in a small beach type apartment. We use the apartment as a base to chill out and do our own thing. Although there are perfectly adequate cooking facilities in the apartment we prefer to eat out and we only prepare breakfast in the apartment. The owner has, over the years, become a good friend and we like to book the apartment early for the next year to ensure we don't lose it and within 2 weeks of our return this year we have already booked for next year. In previous years we have used Owners Direct for all our holiday requirements and, in fairness, the majority of the properties are of a very high standard principally because the owners also use the apartments for their own holiday. On a couple of occasions we have felt that some of those apartments, whilst being of a high standard, have not quite met our expectations and we just make a note not to hire it in future but with this apartment we know it’s good and are happy to return to it regularly.

Activity and Interests


Sea and sandy beaches across the street, and all along the coast in this area. Some beaches provide aquatic activities, sunbeds and shade, even drinks; others are just open beaches; there is even a naturist beach nearby.


Málaga airport is a 15/20 minute drive.

A car is not necessary, especially for walkers and people using public transport, though it could be useful for day trips (rentals available in the area).


The location is ideal for day trips by coach/car to Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar, Granada, Nerja, Marbella, Málaga (all easily reached in about an hour or less). The apartment is located across from the Casino of Torrequebrada; five minutes to the port of Benalmádena (shops, restaurants, clubs, aquarium, dolphin trips)and to Arroyo de la Miel (big Paloma park, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World amusement park); ten minutes to Fuengirola (aqua park, zoo, Tuesday and Sunday markets).

Further Details:

Taking out a travel insurance policy before leaving home is highly recommended.
