The apartment is located on the third (top) floor of a small development built in the traditional Mallorcan style. Located in the quieter part of Santa Ponsa, just two minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach and a range of restaurants. There is a small supermarket within 200 metres. Santa Ponsa's livelier pubs and clubs are a 15 minute walk away along the attractive promenade.

Fantastic apartment and location!

So easy to organise through Di. Easy to get to and fantastic apartment very close to the beach.

Has everything you need for a good beach holiday. Do explore the good restaurants the pizza at the end of the road is excellent.

Highly recommend staying here and we loved it.

Another perfect stay..........

I have stayed at this apartment on several occasions and cannot fault anything at all. Ideally located for quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants and bars. A wonderful balcony overlooks the bay and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst watching the sun set.

Di and Dave who own the property answer any emails or queries quickly and the booking etc is done completely hassle free.

If you are thinking of a self catering holiday in Santa Ponsa then look no further.

Fabulous Apartment

Could not fault this booking from start to finish !! from initial contact with Di the owner, who was very quick in her response to me with regards to the availability, information etc about the facilities. The keys were received recorded delivery 2 weeks before as promised. On arrival our first comments to each other was "how spotless and clean the apartment was" ! Clear instructions on how to operate everything, more clean towels than we ever needed and everything as described. WIFI, TV, ample space in the fridge with everything we could need - corkscrew mainly !

The view was stunning - overlooking the beach, and just a very, very short walk to all the amenities. Very quiet position, met various others around the pool and whilst using the lift in the complex and found fellow holiday makers very pleasant and courteous. Security on the outer door from 9pm with access only to people with a key.

In an nutshell couldn't fault it - Wouldn't hesitate booking again and a pleasure to do business with - Thank you !

Stayed for a week with wife and daughter the apartment was perfect ,the view over the pinewood and bay was great and it had everything you need real home from home on holiday. Will definitely go back there when we can. Thank You Di and Dave for a trouble free booking and holiday.

GREAT LOCATION

A friend and I stayed at this lovely apartment for five nights at the beginning of April. It is very conveniently located in a very well maintained apartment complex. The weather was incredible and we made very good use of the large balcony to sit and admire the view over the bay and beach.

There are two good sized bedrooms, a very clean bathroom and ample sized lounge/dining room with kitchen off. The apartment has everything you might need, although I wouldn't try to cook a full meal on a two ring cooker - but then I don't cook on holiday! There was a TV/DVD and music player and the owner had kindly left books, DVDs, music CD's etc for visitors to use. I would add that the owner was very easy to deal with and booking was very simple.

There is a lovely pool - a little too cool for me in April but very clean and with plenty of sunbeds. We did while away a few hours reading by the pool and the gardens are well kept too. Whilst we were there the gardeners were trimming the palm trees - quite a feat as they're very tall.

It is within very easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants with lovely views over the bay - we particularly liked El Balcon de Maria for great tapas.

Santa Ponsa is well located for an easy transfer from Palma and there is an excellent bus service if you fancy a day out in Peguera (good shops), Puerto Andratx or perhaps Palma itself. The main bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment behind the beach. You certainly don't need a car to be able to get around and we used Resorthoppa transfers from the airport and return costing just £20 each (for the speedy service with no more than 4 stops). This was very good value and a brilliant service - can highly recommend.

I would certainly recommend this apartment for an out of season break but I couldn't say what it might be like in the height of the season - you'd have to read other reviews for that.

Rented this apartment for 10 days and I must say we`ve rented a few apartments in Santa Ponsa, but this 1 was by far the best! Fab facilities inside, all kitchen appliances, big bedrooms and a large bathroom, fantastic. British tv and WI-FI just added to the pleasure, great views from the apartment and the pool was great with a cafe/bar just off the poolside that sold refreshments all day! Lifts to all floors was brilliant and the people staying in the other apartments were all very friendly. The other great points for this apartment are that it is merely 2 minutes away from everything you need, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, taxis and a mere 10 minute walk to the nightlife, just absolutely fantastic!! The people who own this apartment are so easy to deal with and are very friendly, a no hassle booking! One of the biggest points are the rates for rental they are one of the cheapest rates you`ll get for such wonderful accommodation! If you`re looking for an apartment to rent in Santa Ponsa don`t go past this 1, you won`t be disappointed!

Coast/Beach:

Less than 200m from Santa Ponsa's lovely sandy beach.

Travel:

Santa Ponsa is a 25 minute drive from Palma airport on mainly dual carriageway. If you do not intend hiring a car from the airport the taxi fare is approximately 40 Euros. There are several hire car companies in Santa Ponsa should you wish to have a car for a few days during your stay to explore this lovely island. Alternatively, there is a range of trips available locally, details of which you will find in the apartment. There is a good bus service to Palma and surrounding towns.
