This beautiful four-bedroom villa commands wonderful views across the bay of Kalamar out to sea and has received excellent response from previous guests. It is locally managed. The Villa has fibre optic broaband with wifi available, along with an Internet radio for your favorite UK radio station and a Smart TV capable of streaming live UK TV from your laptop. It also benefits from the recent installation on Eco friendly Solar Water heating. Newly built ,fully equipped, poolside Summer kitchen, Barbeque and dining area, adjacent to the pool which is 10.5 x 3.5mtrs and 1.5mtr deep. It has child friendly graduated steps into it, for ease of access. It is overlooked by neighboring properties

Villa Sermin

Kalamar / Kalkan is a lovely resort with lots of good quality resturaunts, bars and places to see. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Semin. It is in a good location and has beautiful sea views, balconies and the pool was fantastic. Hosts William and Diana provided a personal touch to help us know all was in place and any support that was needed.

Superbly equipped villa

This was certainly one of the best villas we have stayed in, and definitely surpassed others we have stayed at in Kalkan. It is extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. It was well very maintained and the cleanliness fantastic. The views from the terrace leading from the kitchen could not be beaten and the Kalamar area of Kalkan where the villa is situated is lovely, and very peaceful. William the owner even called us the day after we arrived to check all was okay. We have never experienced that before, it was much appreciated. We have no complaints whatsoever and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
