There is a beautiful sandy beach just a few hundred yards from the apartment. Palma Nova Beach also accessible by a short ride into town.

Travel:

Palma airport is 15 minutes away by car.

Car hire is available opposite the apartment at reasonable rates should you wish to see the sites of the island.

Distances:

Local shops are within walking distance and the village of Portals Nous provides every amenity. A short ride into town to more shops and places of interest.

All payments in £ sterling. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
A breakages deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is payable and is refundable in subject to there being no damages or breakages.



Changeover Day:
All bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Other days are possible (subject to availibility). Arrival time must be after 3pm and departure time must be by 10am.

Discounts for long winter lets & also prices for rental have not been
changed for 2 years..
