This luxury apartment is located in this popular family resort of Cala Bona. Within minutes of Cala Millor, local shops, banks, car and bike hire shops and varied restaurants offering traditional spanish, italian, english, and fish restaurants. The apartment has full air conditioning [a must] set on a secure private complex with lovely views. There is lift access to all floors and landscaped gardens overlooking the communal solarium and swimming pool. The apartment is close to the sea and beach, and is virtually all paved, offering sea walks from Cala Bona as far as the fantastic beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma.

Two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, flatscreen TV, DVD player, Wifi, spacious patio ideal for dining, 4 luxury sunbeds beside the swimmingpool. The building has a lift. The swimmingpool is large and there is a children's pool, plenty of space

around the pool for the sunbeds and parasol etc. You can walk to the beach in 1 minute therefore you can enjoy the pool/beach in the same day without having to travel! The garden and pool benefit from having sun all day long, a real benefit in the early/late season.

Lovely spacious and spotlessly clean apartment, close to beach with great pool. Close to local restaurants and delightful harbour. Easy reach from the airport along the motorway in about 40 minutes. Can't wait to visit again. Would highly recommend for families with children.

Having just had a 10 day stay at the apartment dahlia we can fully recommend it as a great place to stay. The apartment provides everything you need plus a pool, is close to the beach and all amenities. Ideal for either couples or a family. Have already booked to return in 2015.

Travel:

Car hire is available from many places within Cala Bona and, as good as the combined resorts are, you may wish to visit other parts of the island. The airport is around an hours drive from Cala Bona.

Transfers with a private bus group direct from the airport is possible with discounts available

  • Notes on accommodation: The property is fully equipped for a rental of any length. You can enjoy fantastic views to the countryside. The location is excellent in a popular family-orientated resort. The location offers a multitude of options as to how to spend your holiday, whether it be lounging by the pool or swimming in the sea. You can also enjoy walking to Cala Bona harbour (5 minutes) or taking a walk along the long sandy beach of nearby Cala Millor. Its up to you, whatever you decide! To end the day you can catch the last of the sun on the balcony and relax before you get ready for dinner. Outside: The building is only a few years old and set in a great location, close to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, harbour etc. There is secure entry ensuring that only the poolside is used by residents. We can help with transfer advice if you wish. Utility Room: Separate to kitchen; with washing machine and drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: If you wish to have regular cleaning during your rental period this can be arranged. Other: The apartment is bright, airy, spacious and modern. The interior of the apartment has ceramic tiled floors and terracotta tiling to the balcony. We have baby chairs, baby walkers, car seats etc for hire if required.
