Apartment modern spacious Gated on 1st floor in 4 storey building 2 twin bedrooms set in tropical gardens immaculately kept. 2 Adult privately enclosed shared swimming pools and children's pools open all year round, with toilet facilities nearby. Pool 1 is overlooked from the balcony/terrace and pool 2 from back of apartment 21ft private terrace leading from lounge with sea views and overlooks swimming pool 1. Facing sun all day with large protective sun awning and patio furniture. No traffic noise from roads. Building has lifts. 3 mins walk to the beach. Restaurants/ supermarket, riding stables and all amenities are nearby. Nightly entertainment on complex if wanted (but not too near apartment). 20 mins walk into Fuengirola town shopping, restaurants, aqua park, zoo, wide beaches and boat trips. 1 hour bus ride Gibraltar (approx.8 euros pp). Many 9/18 hole golf courses within a short distance. NO pets allowed. Access on day of arrival 13.00 hrs and departure by 10.00 hrs on day of leaving, Linen/tea cloths supplied but NOT TOWELS

2014 was our third stay at this wonderful apartment, right in the middle of the CLC Marina Del Sol complex, and have already booked up for 2015.

Clean, spacious and enjoying an all day sun trap, it really doesn't get better - one can easily get about on foot without the need for a car - 20 mins to Fuengirola, 5 mins to the beach, 2 mins to the complex restaurants - what's not to love.

Beryl - your apartment is the best.

Large balcony/terrace with protective sun awning, sea view and overlooking pools/tropical gardens. Patio table/chairs. Modern tiled walk-in shower, vanity unit, wc. Catalystic gas fire and electric radiator. Very suitable urbanisation for people of all ages. Winter rentals - special rates for 6 weeks or more. No pets. Outside: 21ft terrace with patio furniture and protective sun awning facing sun all day. There are 2 Large shared swimming pools and a Baby Pool set in tropical gardens accessible throughout all months of the year.The terrace has sea views and overlooks gardens and pool 1 plus baby pool. Back of apartment overlooks pool 2 & gardens. Toilet facilities available within the location of swimming pool areas. The gardens are enclosed with key access for residents and holiday rentals only using the apartments. Utility Room: Zanussi Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and tea cloths provided but not towels. Apartment is cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Gas/electricity/water included. No hidden extras.
