Our most spacious and elegant apartment. 5-stars. Highly recommended. Wonderful all-year around. Very central and conveniently located. This gracious 'belle époque' apartment building - with its stone façade, balconies, louvred shutters, handsome solid front doors, marble staircase, wrought-iron and mahogany Edwardian lift and high ceilings - would grace the very smartest Parisian street. This is a real 'town' apartment, yet situated just 2 blocks (less than 200m) from the world-famous Promenade des Anglais, the beaches and the Mediterranean., and just 400m from the world-famous Negresco Hotel (the most photographed building in Nice ! ) and the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire (Palais Massena) and the Musée des Beaux Arts at the same distance in the other direction. All the attractions of Nice are within walking distance and no fewer than 8 bus routes pass the door - a car is definitely not necessary.

Bedroom 2: 2 separate beds which can be put together to form a double bed. There are two fold-up beds with proper mattresses which can be placed in the lounge ( thus creating 3 separate sleeping rooms, if required ) and also one of the sofas in the lounge converts in to a double-width sofa-bed if preferred.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Very centrally and conveniently located in a good neighbourhood, and just 200 metres from the Promenade, the beaches and the Med. You enter the building into a marble floored hall with ornate ceilings and either walk up the marble staircase or take the charming lift to the 2nd floor. The apartment entrance has tall double doors. This is a very spacious, light and sunny apartment with high ceilings and generous sized rooms. Because the apartment is what the French call 'traversant' (running from the front of the building through to the back) you have light from the south and north and through air - very important on hot days and nights. There is also central heating should you ever need it. Outside: Small traditional balcony overlooking the street. Cleaning / Towels / Linen Bed linen AND towels supplied. End-of-stay cleaning and end-of-stay laundry charges included. Other: Hall with double doors on each side, giving access to the lounge and bedrooms
