A lovely well equipped apartment with stunning southerly sea views. There is a very attractive pool area set in mature sub-tropical landscaped gardens as well as a heated indoor pool. The apartment is well positioned within easy access to a variety of sporting facilities, including golf and tennis. Two spacious terraces: one leading off living with table, chairs and BBQ and the second of master bedroom.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated on the 4th floor. There are lifts on all floors. Winter lets are provided with a portable gas heater and an electric radiator. Sorry, no pets please. Outside: There are 2 large terraces, 1 leading out from the lounge/diner, and 1 that leads out from the master bedroom. There is terrace furniture with 6 chairs. There are sun umbrellas. There is a barbeque on the main terrace. There is an excellent pool area with parasols and a children's pool. There is a lifeguard during the peak school holiday times. There is also a heated indoor pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included. There is fresh linen in master bedroom wardrobe. Please bring beach towels. The property is cleaned throughly for each guest. Extra cleans can be arranged. Other: Master bedroom - a light spacious room with private terrace area. Excellent sea views. Main Terrace - large area ideal for outside eating. Newly fitted roller blinds. Fantastic sea views. Excellent security with burglar bars.

Very pleasant and more spacious than expected.

There were 2 major problems, there are no ceiling fans as advertised and the TV does not work.

Owner's Response: Hello Thank you for your review. I have spoken to our agent about television. They are always available to help with problems. I did not realise ceiling fans were included in description, there are tabletop fans. I have amended description.

Coast/Beach:

The coast is just 1500m. There is a local bus service from the apartment to the local beach. There are several excellent beaches nearby some with very good beach bars.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive. Car hire is useful but not essential. There is a regular car-train service within Calahonda in addition to a good public bus service connecting Calahonda with other parts of the coast.

Distances:

The apartment is well situated for sightseeing. For example Ronda, Mijas are half day trips. Longer trips could include Granada, Seville and Cordoba. There are also some fabulous walks along the coast and inland. Andalucia offers some excellent trekking opportunities.

Further Details:

Calahonda is well provided with supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There are local banks at Calahonda. There are two local small supermarkets approx 5 minutes walk and good bars/restaurants within easy walking distance.
