Villa Daniella is a beautiful spacious Andalucían style detached property situated in the residential urbanization of Calahonda. Set in a mature secluded garden with its own pool with views of the Mediterranean. The villa has air-conditioning and is spacious and light with a split level dining and lounge area. The villa has 2 furnished terraces for alfresco dining and a large built-in gas barbecue.

We are conveniently located within a few minutes walk of a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A 15 min walk will take you to Calahonda beach and a 5 mins drive to Cabapino Harbour with a fabulous sandy beach, Andy's Beach Bar and the excellent range of restaurants for the evening.

The villa is well equipped to make your holiday memorable for all the right reasons.

I have been visiting Calahonda for over 25 years, and have always found it be a wonderful and relaxing place to enjoy a holiday. I have owned the villa since 2003 and holidayed with family and friends at varied times of the year, and the villa always feels like a home away from home. It is set in a fabulous location with easy access to all amenities and within easy reach of all that the Costa del Sol has to offer - from fantastic beaches to white mountain villages, Seville, Malaga and Rhonda are all within an hour. What's not to like?

The villa is professionally managed locally with emergency help lines should they be required. Child cots and high chairs can be provided at additional cost. Welcome food packs can be arranged at extra cost, as can additional maid service. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the house, please. Outside: There are patios all round the house with chairs, tables and a built in gas barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a secluded mature garden with lemon and orange trees. Sunbeds and umbrella is available for relaxing by the pool. Utility Room: Separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other: Spacious, split level lounge/dining area with dual aspect patio doors that lead out to the terracing. Dining area is comfortable and well furnished with seating for 6.

Fantastic villa in a great location

This was our first visit to the area and we were glad we chose this wonderful villa for our holiday.

The villa is well equipped with a great pool. We usually go for a heated pool, but it was not needed as the temperature was comfortable and refreshing in the heat.

The villa is spacious and well maintained and was very comfortable.

We travelled with teenagers who request wifi and although it was sometimes a bit hit and miss, we did not encounter too many problems and I believe a wired internet is to be installed in the near future. The tv reception was limited, but we didn't go expecting to watch it much during our stay.

The villa is perfectly situated close to the strip of bars and restaurants and to local supermarkets.

For us it was also ideally situated for visits to Marbella and Fuengirolla and Cabapino beach, which is fabulous.

Overall, this is a fantastic villa and the management team are very helpful and friendly and did a great job.

Fantastic villa

A beautiful villa, with gorgeous gardens and several terraces to eat and drink at.

My family and I stayed here for two weeks in May and hope to return again next year.

From the minute I booked the villa, everything ran so smoothly between myself, the owner and the property manager, Chrissy.

The villa itself is very clean and tidy and has everything you need.

My family have a villa very close by, therefore we often had them round for a meal. What we found to be really good with this villa is that there were plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses etc - as some villas you visit only cater for the number of guests staying!

The gardens were immaculate, very well maintained and the swimming pool was lovely.

During our stay we did have a couple of issues, nothing major (one of the doors was sticking / problem with the hot water) and on each occasion we phoned Chrissy and her and her Husband sorted the problems immediately, with no hesitation whatsoever. Chrissy and her Husband were very kind and welcoming and were willing to help with anything.

My family and I hope to return to the villa again next year. We have stayed in several villas in Calahonda and this is by far the best.

lived up to the promise!

An excellent property in a quiet setting that delivered on all its promise. Having visited Calahonda for the last 9 years we wanted something special in year 10 and this property delivered. With two teenagers the property delivered the space they needed as well as great family areas to spend time together.

We were visited by family while we were there and they were also impressed.

It is set in quiet surroundings but also close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended

Lovely villa in a perfect location.

What a find this villa was !.

A couple of minutes walk to restaurants/bars of all varieties yet far enough from the villa to not be bothered by any noise. Various beaches within easy reach. Puerto Cabopino being our favorite an easy 5 min drive away.

As for the Villa, it was just as described, large and spacious internally with everything we needed. The outside space was fantastic, good sized gardens,

patios and of cause the pool which provided great entertainment for all ages.

We cooked on the BBQ several times, not only of an evening but for lunch and breakfast to.

All in all a fantastic family holiday for in great surroundings.

A beautiful villa

This was our third stay in this beautiful villa. It is centrally located near shops and restaurants. The house and pool are well looked after with a lovely mature garden. I would highly recommend this villa. It is great for kids of all ages. We will definitely visit again 😎

Car: not necessary


We are a 15 minute walk to Calahonda Beach, but possibly the best beach is at Puerto Cabopino which is only a 5 minutes drive away and is highly recommended. They have great bars and restaurants right up to the sand and you can hire jet ski etc, lots to do if you want. There are also plenty of other beaches to visit, such as La Cala,(10min drive) and the Don Carlos beach (10min drive) away.


30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the area. We can arrange for airport transfers for those not wishing to drive.


We are midway between Fuengirola and Marbella, both are 15 mins drive away. Puerto Banus, 20 minutes drive. White village of Mijas, 20 minutes drive. Old town of Ronda, 50 minutes drive. So we are in a good position for visiting many of the lovely historic villages and towns: Mijas, Rhonda, Nerja, Seville, Granada, Jerez, Cordoba and Gibraltar.

Further Details:

We are have internet access within the Villa and TV with over 40 English Channels.

There is a wide range of bars & restaurants plus supermarkets and banks in Calahonda all within 10 minutes walk and the Club del Sol Leisure Sports Complex with tennis courts, squash courts, gym, shop, snack bar and children's playroom is 2 minutes drive away.

Fuengirola - bustling atmosphere, beach, bars and restaurants, great nightlife, shopping complex - 15 minute drive.

Costa del Sol hospital - one of the best equipped hospitals in Spain using voluntary interpreters to assist non Spanish patients in communicating with staff - 15 minutes drive away

Marbella is approx 15 mins drive away with its famous Orange Square with bars, restaurants and cobbled streets - there is also a lovely beach and marina.

Puerto Banus is a little further along the coast (approximately 20 minutes from the villa) where the very best shopping can be found along with chic bars and restaurants.

For children there are aqua-parks, Zoo, amusement parks such as Tivoli World and Safari parks, go-karts, cable-ski and banana rides.

Further afield, if you like mountains, drive inland a few kilometres to enjoy breathtaking scenery or perhaps visit the impressive Moorish city of Ronda or tour the famous 'whitewashed villages' of Andalucia. The caves at Nerja are spectacular, as is the city of Malaga itself. The mountains and ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are close to Granada with all its splendour (about 2 hours drive); Seville is slightly further away.
