Bedroom with kingsize bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mirror.
Bathroom with bath, shower over, bidet, washbasin and wc.
Kitchen with good work top area, electric hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, cupboards, iron and ironing board.
Lounge with double sofa bed plus one armchair, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. Fitted ceiling fan and also a portable free standing fan for your summer comfort. Community satellite TV for non subscription channels with a DVD player. Our apartment has recently been installed with air conditioning plus the bbq has also been upgraded.
The apartments are situated in the well laid out development that was part of the house and extensive stables owned by Eva Peron of 'Evita' fame and very popular with holiday makers. The development is laid out in the Andalucian Style with apartments set in tiers. Both apartments were redecorated November 2014 to a very high standard and are situated in Block 2 of the Pueblo Evita Complex. Air conditioning has now been installed in both apartments. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is located on a rooftop, plus one heated indoor pool, this being open during winter months. The complex has two bars on site, The Clubhouse Restaurant with evening entertainment and Sams Sports Bar which offers sky sports and a games room. The apartments have been set up to receive ITV Channel 4 and all BBC Channels, including BBC radio stations.We have now also added another sky dish to receive all Sky free channels,our sky box will also accept your own personal sky card so you can watch your normal tv package. The location of the Complex is ideally located with local attractions within close proximity. These include Tivoli World Theme Park, Paloma Park where you can visit Selwo Marina plus many more. A security deposit of £100 is required. This will be refunded to you when keys are returned and apartment has been checked after your departure. This is payable along with the balance.
The 2 bedroom apartment prices are based on 4 people and 1 bedroom apartment based on 2 people,additional persons will be charged at an extra £25 per person per week

Very nice appartment, good location
We had stayed on the Pueblo Evita site before in a different apartment so that's a good recommendation for Pueblo Evita. The apartment itself is well situated and has everything you could need including a large balcony, well-appointed kitchen/diner/lounge, a separate large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a handy washing machine for longer stays.
I booked a last minute holiday and found this apartment online. What a fabulous apartment. It had everything which you would need. The apartment was very clean on arrival. Both of the sun terraces are great wee sun traps. We stayed the first week in January and the indoor pool was fabulous. Having the stairs which took you right onto the main drag was superb. I would hope to stay in this apartment once again and would recommend to my friends and family.
LOVELY FLAT GOOD LOCATION
Had a lovely holiday. Flat was well equipped and clean.The location is good for beach or going uphill to the lovely town of arroyo with good choice
of restaurants and bars. Good bus service to mijas and Benalmadena Pueblo which is well worth a look.
The only small negative was although the 2 large balcony's were great i feel they could do with a decent patio set and sun umbrella for shade as they get full sun all afternoon ( which is great ) but found it too hot after a day out.
Saying that we would still return and have already recommended to friends
I have been renting in Southern Spain for thirty years and apart from a luxury penthouse in Torremolinos this is the best I have rented. Its in a superb location close to beach and town with stunning mountain views. Well equipped with a large lounge area and bedroom. The balcony is a terrace big enough for a small party to be held. The built in bbq is great and with Mercadona supermarket two minutes away, a night or two on the terrace is a must. I cant comment on the clubhouse or Sams bar because thats not what we come to Spain for.Go up the hill not down and you will find a lovely Spanish town with great places to eat at half the price of the beach strip. A lot has been said about steps, unless you are disabled then there is not a problem. I would not hesitate in recommending this property and hope to visit again soon
Wonderful spacious apartment
We had a great stay. The apartment was lovely with lots of room and everything that we needed. Both of the balconies were big with lovely views, were we enjoyed sitting and relaxing with a drink. The complex is situated in an area with plenty to do but nice and quiet. We really enjoyed Sams Bar were the staff are really friendly and always made you feel welcome. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Simon and Wendy.
Flat large and spacious
Had lovely time flat had two large verandas and plenty of space. The restaurant has to be recommended food was delicious, and Sam's bar was cosy and friendly, staff were very friendly food was good as well, mostly British went there. If you have any mobility problems the Pueblo Evita is not for you lots of stairs, could not use indoor or rooftop pool as they were at the top of a steep set of stairs. Would try and get nearer pool area next time.
Activity and Interests
The beach is just 5 minutes away.
Malaga airport is 20 minutes drive. Car hire and excursions can be arranged at Pueblo Evita reception.
From Pueblo Evita, Arroya is 10 mintues walk away, and Mijas is a 20 minute drive.
There are 2 small supermarkets close by, one stocking a range of British goods with a 2nd very large one just across the road. This one has provisions, meat, fish, fruit and vegetable departments for all your needs to self-cater. There are bars and bar/restaurants in and around the development. The train station in Arroyo has a service between Malaga and Fuengirola. Just down to the main road there are buses to Torremolinos and Malaga to the east and Fuengirola through to Gibraltar to the west.

- Notes on accommodation: For your added comfort there are shutters to the bedroom windows. Outside: 1 BED APARTMENT This apartment has 2 balconies. The first one giving access to the apartment from a private stairway with a gate for added security. The second balcony is accessed from the french windows of the lounge. From both patios have beautiful views to the mountains with sun all day. 2 BED APARTMENT This apartment has a very large balcony, partly covered which gives shade if required. There are also beautiful views of the mountains plus a bbq where you can sit and chill in the evening watching the sun set.
