Set on the hillside, this is the ground floor of a detached villa (First floor not used). Private pool, stunning mountain views. Sun terraces. Quiet location, but close to all facilities. 10 minutes from the town and beach. Supermarkets within walking distance.

This is the perfect spot for a peaceful holiday but within easy reach of the fun of the town if you wish. The numerous coves and beaches are a few minutes drive and the mountains a twenty minute drive.

Peaceful,Relaxing 10 days

We arrived at the Villa around 14.00 by following the direction that Linda supplied this was around 1 hour from the Airport, Be aware that Sunday the supermarkets are closed apart from Pepe La Sal which is open until 21.00 which is just outside Moraira on the left. We had a brilliant peaceful 10 days stay, stunning views looking out on the Mongo, the pool was cleaned every Tuesday around 17.00 if you wish to eat in at the Villa as we did you have all cooking utilities. you also have 2 fridges 1 inside and 1 outside under the Naya

Calpe, Javea are within 20 mins drive from the Villa

Lovely, peaceful villa, with everything you need.

Really easy to find, pretty much equidistant between Alicante & Valencia airports & only 10 mins by car to Javea or 30 to Benidorm if you fancy visiting. The villa has a wonderful outlook over to the mountains, it's well appointed & we wanted for nothing. Lots of supermarkets nearby & while Moraira is only a 10 minute drive away, it only takes 40-45 minutes to walk it, which isn't too bad. The poo was great & most welcome, villa clean, & tidy on arrival, couldn't fault any of it. Thank you

A little piece of heaven

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at Casa Linda. The owner Linda could not have been more helpful, the booking from start to finish was seamless and well informed.

The villa was lovely and clean, perfectly proportioned and catered for all our needs. Great outside space and lovely pool.

The location could not be better with its elevated position providing fantastic views and the peace and quiet needed to recharge our batteries. With Moraira and its many bars and restaurants only 10 minutes away we had the best of both worlds.

Definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Peace and quiet in a stunning setting

This villa with gorgeous pool was in a fantastic location, and provided first class facilities for total relaxation. Everything we needed was on hand, and the beds were especially comfortable! Moraira is a lovely town that boasts many restaurants and a beautiful seafront yet remains not too "touristy". So if you are looking for peace and quiet with a touch of the real Spain within easy reach, this would be the perfect place.

Relax and Revive

Activity and Interests

Car: necessary

Special interest holidays:

If you enjoy serious walking there are many mountain and hill walks in the surrounding areas, all well mapped out with degrees of difficulty, anticipated times and mileage.

Coast/Beach:

The town and beach are a few minutes by car. The nearby sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are perfect for children.

Travel:

Alicante airport and Valencia airport 1 hour by car. Murcia is about two hours.

Car hire is essential. Beniconnect provide transport starting from €22 from the airports to Moraira where cars can be hired locally to avoid the initial drive from the airport.

Distances:

Moraira town is five minutes by car with ample free parking facilities. Lots of choices for beaches between five and fifteen minutes by car. You can be lost up in the mountains of Los Pinos in twenty minutes. Benidorm is thirty minutes with various theme parks. Denia, Calpe and Javea are within easy reach, about fifteen/twenty minutes.

Further Details:

The area is not overun by tourists, as it is mainly privately owned villas. There is a wonderful marina and many inexpensive, good quality restaurants. The larger shops are in Calpe, Javea and Denia, all a short car ride away but Moraira is full of small interesting shops and has a weekly market. There is also an evening market during the summer. A new theatre has just opened offering all sorts of entertainment. Right next to the free car park in Moraira and you can not miss it.

Smoking is only permitted outside of the villa. The villa is fitted with a smoke alarm and a gas alarm for your safety. There is central heating for winter lets. There is a supply of films and paperbacks. No pets allowed. All my friends and family say that the real thing far exceeds their expectations from the information shown here! Wi-Fi and air con are both available. available. Outside: There is a beautiful private pool and gardens with many sunbathing areas, and several patio tables and chairs including sun beds. A plancha and sun umbrellas are available. There is a naya for sheltered dining. Ample parking for several cars at the front and rear of the property. A lot of money has been spent on plants to enhance the gardens and depending upon the timing of your visit there may be a crop of oranges, lemons, pears and figs, enjoy! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned, and beds made up, prior to your arrival. Towels are provided.
