Quick and Convenient

Cute, convenient, accessable to everything we needed. Roomy, bright and quiet enough being on a busy corner. Plenty of dishes and cookware for a family. Nicely decorated with a neutral beachy feel. We'll be back.

This was the prefect location for our recent visit to Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Easy access to everything.

Worst stay with VRBO

Horrible experience, location is on a busy corner, of an intersection, without able outside lighting. All of the wall switches did not work. The Laundry area was unclean. The commode in the front bathroom, stopped up and almost flowed over after 2 uses. Most important, the glass sliding glass door leading to the ourtside, would not lock! The owner did not respond to our issues, had to contact VRBO to finally get in touch with her. Do not recommend using this house , ended leaving after one night of four rented and staying in a hotel the rest of our visit.visit

Cottage cozy, perfect for longer vacay!

Susan, owner, worked with me, getting me into her property in such short notice and extending my stay with ease! Close to everything, Publix, shopping, and local fares. Beaches about 30 minutes away. Neighborly. Morning strolls with my fur baby daily with beautiful sunrises. You may catch a glimpse of Mike the Manatee (that's what I named him), seen in the canal occasionally in the evenings. Enjoy! Thank you Susan!

The location for this property is perfect. It is so close to just about anything that you want to do.
Sunshine retreat is located on a gulf access canal (3 miles from port charlotte bay)
You can bring your own boat or rent one for your stay and just walk out back and head on out on the water

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is perfect for your stay

We do not have a swimming pool how ever the house is extremely close to some of the best beaches in SWFL.
