About this property

CALMAR Cottage is situated in the northern parish of St. Peter, one (1) minute away from the world famous Mullins Beach and Royal Westmoreland Club and Indulgence Spa.

The Cottage is 5 minutes away from Speightstown and 15 minutes from Holetown where you will find local and international shopping, Restaurants, Post Office, Medical Offices and Banks.

On arrival at the Cottage guests receive:
- a complimentary bottle of wine
- bottled water and soft drinks
- a sample of sweet treats

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, cottage sleeps 1-6 persons in two (2) King beds and one (1) Queen bed.

All bedrooms are fitted with air condition facilities and flat screen televisions with cable. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom.

Guests can enjoy Calmar's private pool or lounge in the relaxation area watching their favorite program on the 70inch television.

The Gazebo provides an intimate relaxing area with a 5-seater Sunrise Spa including Hydrotherapy Jets, LED illuminated waterfall and Bluetooth Audio system all surrounded by palms and tropical plants .

The Cottage also boasts a fully-equipped gym with an upper deck which may be used for yoga.

The outdoor Kitchenette and Barbeque area comprises a midnight-blue countertop and stainless-steel faucet. Cabinets provide storage and a small fridge is also provided. A Gas or Coal Barbeque Grill is provided.

The fully equipped and stylish kitchen has a beautiful granite countertop and backsplash. Stainless steel LG refrigerator, Double oven gas stove and Dishwasher compliment this ultra modern area.
A microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and kettle are also provided.

WiFi is available throughout the cottage.

For our younger guests we provide a crib, play-cot and a high chair.

Linen and cleaning services are provided for the Cottage every two (2) nights. Bath/Hand/Wash towels as well as Beach towels and Pool towels are provided.
The Cottage is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Transportation
Airport transfers to and from the Cottage are complimentary.
If you prefer to rent a car and drive from the airport we will meet you at the airport and escort you to the Cottage.
There is public and private bus transportation within 3 minutes’ walk from the cottage.
If you prefer to rent a car to tour around the island, the Cottage has a private car port.

Excellent villa

The villa was exactly as described a 3 minute walk to the beach the pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice the pool is private and shady for the most iof the day the children loved jumping in the pool first thing in the morning

Perfect Barbados holiday

Charles, Maxine & the Calmar family, welcomed us with open arms. The villa is in an excellent location with the beach about a minute walk away. The villa has everything you need but if you want to go out there are 3 places to eat locally Bombas has the perfect setting and fantastic food, Mullins beach bar is more casual with also a great view food. We fine dined one night in Holetown at Tides wonderful service, food and view. We had the most amazing time and really enjoyed all the wildlife around. Thank you again for making our stay so special Lee & Ali

Absolutely fabulous place to stay !

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Barbados. We found the cottage just what we needed and Charles and Maxine were brilliant hosts. The complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport was very kind, Charles not only picked us up on the 15th December but also picked my two sons up on Christmas Day. My husband found the gym better than anticipated, it was fully fitted with all the latest equipment and an air con unit. The pool and hot tub were great extras and were used most days by my family. The cottage was very well maintained, every other day it was cleaned and all towels and sheets changed so it really was a holiday. Its location was excellent, only 2 minutes walk to Mullins beach. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone, we loved it so much we all already made a reservation for Christmas 2017.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is quite close to the sea, and it is not usual to sit in the porch at hear the crashing waves especially late at night.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
The gentle breeze on the porch and relaxation area is simply divine! .
