This is a beautiful newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom townhouse at Little Bay Country Club in Negril Jamaica.

cable TV with 200+ channels including 20+ movie channels and premium sports channels. Living room has new 50 inch smart tv and both bedrooms have 32 inch tvs. The master Bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 full size ( not twin) beds.

I always think if you say you would go back in a minute this is a big indication of how good it was.

I would highly recommend this beautiful property and cannot thank Paula enough for making our stay one to be remembered. She always replied promptly to any mails that were sent. A special mention to Lee who was a real help during our stay. Highly highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Villa, Close to Beach

Everything was as described. The villa was very beautiful, clean, spacious and welcoming. A couple minutes walk to the pool and private beach. The host Paula and property manager Lee were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay again when visiting Negril on our next trip.

Jamaican Beach Vacation

The property was just as described. Town house is spacious, clean and in a great location. It was stocked with everything that you needed. We loved the private beach which had great snorkeling and great Shade with plenty of chairs. Paula and Lee addressed any concerns promptly. Jamaica. I would book there again without any hesitation.

Pleasant House

The house has good amenities, it is clean, spacious and located close to the private pool and beach. It is an easy walk on the beach to the resorts and local markets. The lunch and fruit trucks that come during the week add to the convenience.
