Welcome to this great condo to have either a Disney visit or to rest in winter time !

You can expect a fully furnished condo in this Premier gated vacation community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, located just 5 miles from Walt Disney World.

The nicely decorated living room has a Queen Sofa Bed, a 49' Smart TV with cable and a X Box game console with games.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet and King size bed, with Beautyrest Eurotop mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities you should require during your stay. It has all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffeemaker, toaster, blender. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board as well.

The kitchen area opens to the living room/dining area. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter with detergent for the kitchen, the dishwasher and the washing machine. As well as toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. We kindly will ask for your ID with photo to send you the instructions before your arrival.

Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, with a beach style entrance (ideal for kids). There is a second swimming pool for more exercise ! The clubhouse has TV room and game room. During your stay you will be able to use the fitness center, play basketball, volleyball, tennis and let you children go to the children's playground. and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.
For all those activities you will use the access card left in you condo.

Legacy Dunes Resort is located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

Lovely stay

Perfect for the two of us travelling from uk, we have stayed at other villas that we’re getting old and tired and are so glad we have now found this one, this condo is clean, beautiful safe surroundings, absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen ( we ate out though) the bed is soooo comfy. We had noisy upstairs neighbours for one of our weekends but I understand that is something that has to be expected with other people staying above us, we would be looking to stay here again on our next holiday. A complete oversight on my behalf was that I never noticed in the listing that it doesn’t have a safe, we appreciate a safe to keep our passports and spending money in and haven’t encountered a home without one but that is my fault for not noticing. Many thanks for your hospitality

This property was ideally located for our needs. Description on site was accurate and owner was easily contacted and responded quickley. Property was clean and tidy and has eveything you would need. Complex was secure and felt safe during stay. Pools were great and people freindly. Good stay.

Happy and Vincent was helpful

Happy with our stay in a great and secure location. Vincent was very helpful in making sure we got access to the property and the amenities were very useful. I would say the cleaning company could go a bit further into the dusting but other than that, nothing was “dirty” and all of the facilities clean and easy to use. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Vincent.

Impression of recent stay in Florida

Basic but as advertised with all necessary amenities and easy access to routes to all the major parks. The only downside was finding the place originally. The instructions give no ides of the length of Highway 192 and we spent ages looking around the wrong Racing Trac gas station before finding out there was another same named gas station 15 miles West whereby we found the apartment. The only complaint about the property was that the lack of double glazing meant noises such as the external air conditioning fans and some very noisy birds were easily heard throughout the night. Apart from those points everything went well and the apartment was more than satisfactory for our one week stay

Brilliant condo in a great location
