Lovely stay.

Absolutely fantastic with every thing you want in the property even heated pool, bikes for those enthusiastic to use them ample parking inside or garage. Nearby supermarket short drive away plus numerous eat out places. Would definitely stay here again the best we both enjoyed this property.

Just what we needed

We stayed here for 2 weeks myself, partner, 2 year old and his grandparents. This was a very important holiday for us as it was the first time our son had met his grandparents. This was a great place for us as we wanted somewhere to spend time as a family. The layout worked well and we have the 2 smaller rooms and bathroom for ourselves and son and the grandparents took the bigger room with on-suite (although if you had a smaller kid you could have had them in the large room with you or even had them sleep in the massive walk-in cupboard in the travel cot). As someone from the UK I was very impressed with the aircon, it was so good it made it very misleading for when you stepped outside. When we arrived the barbecue was damaged and dirty, I contacted Dan about it and he sorted it out straightaway. Although I do think that this should have been checked before we arrived I was please it was resolved quickly as we used the barbecue a lot, 80% of our dinners. As a suggestion, I think that the check-in folder needs updating and things on there should be clearer; wifi password, rubbish days, time and day the pool guy comes etc. Overall this was a very nice place and I'd recommend it to any family looking to rent it for a holiday. It's nice with a homely feel so you aren't worried about the kid damaging things all the time like some of the polished looking places would have done. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location is fantastic, 20mins walk from the beach and a really nice pool to relax at. Also close to the shops at mercato. Great stay. Ross and Gem

Spring Break - March '20

Dan, Overall we enjoyed your property in north Naples. We just have one suggestion - the king size mattress was not the best. It gave the initial impression of firmness, but every morning we'd wake up with achy backs. Seems to have a ridge down the middle of mattress? We made do, and got by. The pool was a big hit!! Spent everyday out by the pool. Really appreciate your answering any questions we had about the property. The property location was perfect to any place we needed to get to. Thanks again! Steve M

Relaxing location & totally equipped 5* accommodation

The house is as described, spacious, well equipped and ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Pool is lovely. Well located for great beach, good for swimming and dolphin spotting. Spoilt for selection of shops. Great having empty garage for keeping car cooler. Dan was very responsive and welcoming when booking and through to arrival details. Highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

Besides the wonderful location of this home, it is set up to set back and enjoy. The area is very quiet, and private. The back yard is south facing so this is plenty of sunshine and Florida warmth. Walking or biking is easy in this area due to sidewalks, parks and bike paths. During the season, say goodbye to the traffic in Naples because you can stay west of Route 41 the entire time, trust me, this location is wonderful.
