It has its own private roof garden with tremendous green views towards the Pyrenees. This artistic apartment has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (1with bath, 1with shower) & a modern fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a sunny terrace, brilliant for a good book & glass of wine. The flat is well situated; just 1min from two local supermarkets, in fact Girona has a fantastic array of shops and restaurants. Nice apartment and helpful host

Yuki was a super helpful host and arranged for the caretaker to meet us at the apartment, even though we were quite late arriving. Having a car parking space right next to the lift was great as we were travelling with two young children. It was 38 degrees in Girona when we were there and as there hadn't been anyone in the flat before is it tool a while for the aircon to make any dent in the heat. There is only aircon in the living room so the bedrooms were always pretty hot so a couple more fans would have been great. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and listening to the sounds of the city - the view is almost as good as the roof terrace so we didn't really use that. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the old part of town where the cathedral is, so just something to be aware if staying with kids, depending on how old or how good at walking they are. It took us about 20-25 minutes with our 5 year old walking and 2 year old in a pushchair as a guide. As a first city break with kids in tow the apartment worked really well for us. Thanks again to Yuki for being so helpful!

Perfect location to explore this amazing city!

Nice little apartment that was in an ideal location. Close enough to the city for our teenagers to head off on their own and explore - including using table tennis tables at nearby country park - but quiet location. Supermarket opposite was really handy and the parking space and roof garden were a real bonus. Yuki was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and there was lots of information about the local area in the flat. Had a great week! Thanks Yuki.

Great apartment!

This apartment is clean, spacious with everything that you need on holiday. It is in a quiet location with easy access to Girona centre, about 15 minutes walk. Supermarket not even 5 minutes away. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone.

Great Flat for exploring Girona and surrounding area

The property was clean and tidy, nicely decorated, and had plenty of room for 6 people. It was well situated with about a 15minute walk into the centre of Girona, but with the added advantage of relative peace and quiet for a city, with beautiful views of the hills for nightly sundowners. It has a secure car park and at all times as a family with youngish children we felt incredibly safe and relaxed. There is a good supermarket less than 2 minutes walk from the flat and a local park and swimming pool. The owner provides great support in terms of information / provision of keys etc. We hired a car for the week (which can be picked up from station about 5 minutes walk away) and I would highly recommend visiting the local beaches all of which are stunning. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone and hope to visit again soon.

We know that the most attracted area in Girona is in the old town. But many houses there has not much light and modern conveniences.
Our apartment has much sun light, amazing Pyrenees mountain view, car park and lift and 15 min walking distance to the old town.
