About this property

This Condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR and very easy in and out access! The patio has a gate that leads to the pool area. Look out your back door and watch the kids playing in the pool! Large 3 bedroom, 3 bath units. Master host a king size bed with it's own upgraded private bath. Access the patio through the Master or living room. 2nd master bedroom host a queen sized bed with it's own private bath. 3rd bedroom host full size bunk beds w/door to shared bathroom with living area. Living room hosts a sleeper sofa with Smart TV. Dining room has seating for 6 with extra seating at breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stock with just about any item you might need to prepare your meals! (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker) Washer and dryer in unit!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Island Princess is one of the nicest properties on Okaloosa Island. The building is 7 stories tall, a total of 137 units, with 500 feet of beach front property the beaches are never as crowded as Destin in the peak of the season. Gulf side pool which is heated in the winter months along with a hot tub. Exercise room and BBQ area with gazebos for cook-outs.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay. It is a large building, and there appeared to be a bunch of baseball teams staying there. They kept knocking on our door and running away most of the weekend. Otherwise nice stay. The beach and room were very nice.

Beautiful condo

This condo is perfect for a family. This is actually our fifth time staying at the island princess but our first time staying on the first floor. Though we missed the view, the convenience with a toddler of being right there by the pool was worth it. This condo was well stocked, they even provided hand soaps in the bathrooms, dish soap, and even beach towels. That was really nice. My only complaint is that the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable. Its been two weeks and my back is still not right from that bed. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great communication

We enjoyed our stay. Some construction going on and was asked if an agent could do a walk through because the condo is for sale, we were compensated for the inconvenience on both. This condo had everything that we needed! Overall, a great stay
