About this property

One level living first floor unit with king sized bed in master bedroom and private bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds with its own entrance to 2nd bathroom.Portacrib and high chair seat are available If needed. Handicap accessible except bathtubs but handle is available for bathtubs. Living room has queen sized sofa bed. There is a large eat in kitchen with additional seating at bar. The kitchen is well equipped for the cooks in the family with a well stocked pantry. Enjoy a drink on the back screened porch while watching the beautiful sunset. If sun gets too hot or bright lower the sunshade.

Bethany Bay is a beautiful, peaceful and family oriented community. There are many amenities available for everyone's enjoyment which includes a 9 hole golf course for a green fee, tennis/ pickle ball court, volleyball court, basketball court, large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, playground and boat ramp. Enjoy walks along the many nature trails that are marked on this 420 acre haven and fishing is allowed ( no license required)in the beautiful ponds at the front of the property. Easy access to the bay (there is a boat ramp)if you enjoy kayaking. Beaches are close by about 15 minutes away, many restaurants and outlets shopping for the shoppers in the family with no sales tax.
Spectacular views of the inlet bridge on a clear day. Perfect place to relax and enjoy life.

There is a garage located directly across from the condo with 4 beach bikes, foosball game, gas grill, 2 umbrellas, 14 beach chairs, beach toys, beach buggy and 3 coolers for use. Also in the garage are 2 pickle ball rackets, 2 tennis rackets, a basketball, soccer ball, volleyball for your enjoyment.

Included in your rental fee is the use of the towels, beach towels, sheets, dish towels and dish cloths. All paper products are provided for no extra fee. That includes paper towels, napkins, paper plates, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and hand soap.

And of course no extra fees only pet fee and VRBO fee. There is no fee charged for cleaning so no surprises when booking. All things necessary to make your vacation wonderful minus the stress over the little things.

Beautiful Peaceful Stay

Husband and I with our four-legged son/dog stayed for the NYE holiday weekend. Beautifully curated place with everything one could wish for. Off the beaten path so quiet and peaceful, the sunsets over the marsh were lovely. Owner is super warm and gracious. Check in/out was easy. If you have a king bed at home and you’re able to, I recommend bringing your own sheets so you’re not worrying about laundry as you head out the door. Highly recommend this charming beach house!

Awesome week!

We returned for another vacation at this beautiful condo. It’s always super clean and everything you need for a comfortable visit is provided. Best equipped property

This condo was absolutely the best equipped we have been in. Other than hair produnts and body soap, absolutely everything was provided! Even dog biscuits. We truly felt like Patrice had opensd up her home to us. Our stay was during a very difficult time for our family but we felt like we were home!!

Extra touches

Repeat stay at this well appointed condo near Bethany Beach. We needed a place to stay to celebrate the holidays with family in the area and this condo is perfect. We had my 90 yo mom with us, so the first floor access was key. In addition, the extra touches of paper goods, K cups, spices, full size dish soap, zip lock bags etc... make it a 5 star property. Many thanks to the owner for making this a gem.

I was born in Delaware and have been coming to the Delaware beaches my whole life with my children and now my grandchildren.
