This centrally located apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is located on the 2nd Floor of a 12 apartment listed building close to the centre of Menton. The building is served by an elevator. Local shops and restaurants are all within close walking distance. WIFI service is available & there is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board & microwave. There is also a recently installed electric induction hob with the usual child safety features.
The apartment can accommodate 4 guests but is more suitable for 2/3 people. A supplement of 50€ is chargeable for the 4th guest over the age of 16.

Another lovely stay

We stayed in the apartment earlier this month, having stayed previously and had a relaxing time. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and airy and they had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is on the second floor and is serviced by a lift, which means no dragging suitcases upstairs. It is a 10-15 minute easy walk from the station, to a quieter part of town which we appreciate especially at night. 5 minutes takes you to the busier side and it is one block back from the beach. Communication with the owner is also very good, as it is with his agent on the ground. Menton is such a wonderful place full of activity but without the sometimes chaotic aspects of cities such as Nice and Monaco - there are shops, restaurants and mountains that come down to the sea; it is incredible scenery and ambience and we would strongly recommend a visit.

Wonderful apartment

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in the apartment. Both Thomas - the owner, and Micaela - his agent on the ground, were incredibly helpful and communication was excellent, in spite of an error on my part. This was resolved very graciously. Located just one block back from the beach and about 8 minutes’ walk from the station, the apartment is very well-equipped indeed, with everything needed for a lovely getaway. The air con really does reach all rooms with ease and was a godsend in the August heat. There is a lift, meaning that stairs can be avoided when bringing up luggage but it is not on a high floor so walking up is no problem either. Menton is beautiful with so much to explore; we usually stay in Nice and making the change for a less frantic, in many good ways, a quieter destination was a good idea. I loved the real mix of French/Italian influences in all aspects from super food experiences to whom you hear while relaxing on the beach. It was such a good choice and there is so much to experience. Transport links are great: €13 for two people from Nice airport on the train; reasonably priced and comfortable if you get on at Nice Saint-Augustin and avoid the crowds at Nice Ville. We shall definitely return to Thomas’ apartment in future, it has all that we need to support a wonderful holiday.

A wonderful week

I have been to this apartment a number of times now and always come home feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to get back to my busy life!! The Lemon Festival was another great experience.The apartment is very well situated with shops, bars and cafes all within walking distance and the apartment itself is very well equipped. Flat screen TV and plenty of creature comforts to make you feel at home. Thinking of when to book my next trip!?!
