Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome, nestled on the golf course with spectacular views of the green. Featuring new appliances in kitchen, renovated bathrooms and in suite laundry, you will have everything you need to relax after a hard day's skiing or golfing. The smart TV allows you to watch Netflix, and stay connected via high speed wi-fi. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a patio with golf course views. The master bedroom is located on top floor of home with huge 4 piece ensuite, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring paradise.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

The property was excellent. Well located and appointed.
We were very impressed with the property. There was a very minor issue which the agent took care of straight away with minimum of fuss. We would definitely stay here again.

Large older property
Lots of room. Older property. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. Great location, just a couple blocks from Blackcomb, free bus available. Basement garage is not attached to building. Parking in garage is very tight for a normal size vehicle. Condo is upstairs, no elevator available. Hot water heater needs help, starts to run out of water even for a shower. Will not fill the tub more than a few inches with warm water. A little money spent on this property would make it really nice. New doors, light fixtures, molding, flooring, etc. Upstairs master suite is very large with large bathroom and walk in closet. Host company was difficult to work with. We had a record breaking cold front at home and were concerned about leaving livestock. It was only a week before our stay so it was well past the cancellation period. Host company was unwilling to reschedule the stay. Ultimately we left one guest at home to help with livestock during the cold weather rather than pay double for our vacation. We did not purchase insurance for our stay, but it would not have covered this type of situation anyhow. I was willing to pay a penalty to reschedule but the host was unwilling to work with me in anyway.

Great place but no functional BBQ
I loved this place! Our 3rd time in Whistler in the last year and we will come back. One thing. I always search out a place with a BBQ as my husband prefers one. This condo does have an old rusty electric BBQ w/o a connecting cable on the balcony. Their instructions still mention cleaning the grease trap after each use. But it's unusable. Here's hoping they replace it. Still this is a wonderful place to stay. Book it and enjoy.
