Recently renovated in a contemporary style, this apartment has a light airy living space with patio doors opening directly out under a shady pergola leading to a private sun-drenched barbecue terrace complete with a gazebo (private barbecue and seating area).

Inside consists of an open plan living area with TV and a modern fitted kitchen. Two bedrooms a shower room and separate WC.Two double bedrooms and Z-bed (if required).

The Kitchen is modern and has a gas oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is an outside washing machine room. The lounge has a sofa and English satellite TV.

The apartment has it's own private access from its exclusive off-road parking area. You will also have shared use of the owners' pool, although Tony and Cathy endeavour to tailor their use of the pool around yours.

Casa Amarilla underbuild gives you villa living at apartment prices. Most guests comment as to how private and secluded the apartment is. We also do not insist on a Saturday to Saturday booking. This flexibility could easily save a family of four well over £500 in cheaper non-peak flights in the summer.

Casa Amarilla is a villa located in the tranquil vineyards of the romantic fishing village of Moraira; said by many holiday companies to be the jewel of the Costa Blanca, where the rich and famous stay to escape the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banuz.. Although Moraira is surrounded by steep hills, Casa Amarilla is on the valley floor making the walk into and, more importantly, back from Moraira a leisurely affair along a recently created illuminated footpath adjacent to the vineyards. This makes it an ideal holiday home for young families with pushchairs and buggies, and families with older teenagers who might want to stay out later, but can still walk home in relative safety.

The Tabaira centre is less than ten minutes walk from Casa Amarilla and has bars, restaurants, a newsagents and a supermarket. In the opposite direction and, again, within five minutes, is Sol Park tennis club and crazy golf, The Brevis Bar, and a cluster of shops including chemist and delicatessen/baker.

About Tony

Tony, an ex-Firefigher, and Cathy, an ex-midwife, moved to Spain with their young son Philip, when Tony's career was cut short by a diagnosis of Asthma. The Photo shows Tony, Cathy and Philip at the fabulous Satari's Restaurant, celebrating Philip's return for the summer from Cardiff University.

Casa Amarillo Bajo allows you to experience the villa experience, while paying an apartment price. In fact, you will experience more privacy in this apartment than most families do renting villas. Whereas many villas are overlooked by neighbours and traffic, this apartment is not.

What makes this apartment unique

This property is ideally located. It is local enough to be able to walk to everything, yet far enough away to get away from it all. More importantly, we do not have to contend with steep hills all the time. Being on the valley floor means you can walk into town in twenty minutes without getting out of breath. And more importantly you can do the same to get home.

Great place to stay and would definitely return.

As said this is a great place to stay. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped with all utensils and equipment that you could need including dishwasher and washing machine. The pool, outside BBQ and covered seating areas are all excellent.

Its only the lack of a/c that prevented me from giving 5* which the apartment would definitely benefit from in the hotest weeks. But we wouldn't let this stop us returning as this place is well worth the money. In fact with the addition of a/c we would have been happy to have paid a little more.

Nice people (Tony, Cathy and Philip) nice area and great apartment and facilities !!

Private, relaxing and well equipped

Having spent most of last year travelling around Spain and Italy, we have stayed in our fair share of holiday apartments. This 2 bed apartment is well equipped, comfortable and has everything you need, including fast wifi and Sky TV with English channels. Both Tony and Cathy gave a great welcome, were very hospitable on arrival and nearby for anything else we required. The property is private and quiet and even though they share the pool with the rental apartment (its on their level) we never felt overlooked or as though they were there. The garden is a nice size and safe for our dog to run around without the fear of her escaping, also, the private driveway and entrance add to the privacy. We would definitely stay again and have recommended the property to others.

Great vacation!

Me, my wife and 7 year old child were there in August 2013. It was a really nice stay! We've felt like it was our own villa. We lived on the first floor. Our place had two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen conjoined with family room, two toilet rooms, one with shower. Our kid liked the shower very much. Everything seemed to be new and very clean. The weather was really hot, but inside it was rather comfort even without air cons, so we felt great. If we wanted to cool ourselves we had two powerful fans. Upstairs we had a swimming pool and our son spent a lot of time there. Very hospitable, friendly and sociable owners, tried to make our stay and acquaintance with Moraira very effective. Definitely we will come here once again. Thank you very much Tony and Kathy!

Great holiday

The apartment was large enough for our needs as a family of four. It was immaculately presented clean and modern. The outside area was lovely and we enjoyed the bbq and the kids loved the pool, gorgeous views also from the upstairs terrace. Tony gave us tips on where to eat, all of which were great. We walked into Moraira a couple of times which took around 25mins so I would recommend car hire to effectively get out and about. Lots of great places to visit. We were unable to park on the driveway due to the design of it, as it kept catching the bottom of the car but we just parked on the roadside and had no problems. The only downside was there was no air conditioning at all in the apartment, but we were provided with free standing fans in the bedroom and ceiling fans in the living area. All in all a great family holiday.

My family and I have just returned from this lovely villa.The advert for it is very acurate,and the family that rent it out for 2 months are very accommadating.The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival,excellent directions too.We have been to Moraira a few times but this was by far the best.Highly recommended,we had a lovely holiday.

We stayed here for 2 weeks this year, I must say that for a family of 5 , including 2 teenage girls, the property has everything we needed provided for us. It as exceptionally clean, very spacious, and ideal for us.

We had a fantastic time and would be straight in touch if we went back to this area.
