In the newly built apartment with private entrance, which we have furnished for 2 to 4 people, you will find a beautiful kitchen, with the following features:

We offer you 2 double rooms, each with its own shower and toilet. Bath towels, towels, sheets and a ski locker available.

In addition there is a large front yard and enough space for undisturbed barbecue (New POSITIONED brick barbecue), or to enjoy after a hard day of hiking the beautiful view.

In only about 200m away from our house is already waiting for fun on the slopes at the snow-covered valley of the ski area Hochzillertal, the 'Stephan Eberharter Gold piste'. In good snow conditions you can reach the slopes from the house on skis.
In addition to the base station you have to spend a lot of options to evening. Whether you want to go comfortably eat or want to let the ski day with a party in the 'apres ski bars' end.

In summer you can make directly from our house a cruise on the Zillertal High Road and enjoy a beautiful, unforgettable mountain panorama. but you can also have a nice hiking without having to take the car, commit. Other attractions in the summer are for. B. the new Hochseilklettergarten in Kaltenbach, the summer toboggan run in Zell or if you like it adventurous, whitewater rafting within a few kilometers. Do you want high up ... Then fly with the flight school of the Zillertal. More information, links and suggestions regarding excursions can be found on our website.

Directions:

Go out at the highway exit Wiesing-Zillertal. Then drive on the B169 direction Zillertal on through the Brettfalltunnel. In Uderns drive about 500 meters to the 'Oil-Gas Station' right towards Ried im Zillertal. There you go straight to the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn right and go up towards Zillertal High Road. Above the Platzlhof you come to a fork, where you must follow the road left. Then keep driving up the hill, about 1.4 km until the ski overpass. After 300m you will find us on the left side.

In winter we recommend you bring snow chains!

Super Lage, super nett

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, oberhalb von Kaltenbach mit eigener Terrasse und Blick über das Zillertal. Gerade für Urlaub mit Kids prima.

super schöner Ausblick und sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bei Fragen auch sehr unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Bianca und Ihre Familie sind sehr nett. Wir waren mit dem Zug da und es war trotzdem durch das Regiotaxi alles sehr entspannt. Es war auf jeden Fall mal eine gute Entscheidung oben auf dem Berg zu wohnen! Sehr nett in Kaltenbach, trotz beginnender Coronakrise! Jörg und Christin

Mooi appartement, goede plek!

Super gastvrij ontvangen door Bianca en snel antwoord op vragen tijdens ons verblijf. Appartement is heel netjes en schoon, fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn. Het ligt wat hoger waardoor je mooi uitzicht hebt en in 7 min ben je met de auto beneden bij de gondels. We hebben het super naar ons zin gehad!

Quartier mit Aussicht

Wer seine Urlaubszeit in ruhiger ,etwas abgeschiedener Lage genießen mag , ist in dieser Ferienwohnung genau richtig. Gelegen an einer der Zufahrtsstraßen der Zillertaler Höhenstraße lässt die Aussicht ins Tal keine Wünsche offen. Zugleich hat man eine gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen in diesem Gebiet. Die Wohnung ist neben dem großzügigem Flur und einer Wohnküche mit zwei Schlafzimmern und den dazugehörigen Bädern sehr modern und praktisch aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Auch eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin für die Kinder wurden sehr gut angenommen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt vielleicht doch, allein der Platz im Kühlschrank könnte zumindest bei vier Personen doch etwas größer sein. Insgesamt aber eine sehr zu empfehlende, gemütliche Ferienwohnung für bergbegeisterte Urlauber.
