The sunny, quiet holiday home is equipped to a high standard and has a sauna and a fireplace. It is the ideal vacation spot for 2 people. It was rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Due to the pull-out sofa bed in the living room, there is also space for up to 4 people.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a beautiful sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a fireplace, a large LCD TV and a home cinema system with a blue ray player, radio and WiFi for internet access. The kitchen includes: ceramic hob, oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, blender.
The dining area adjoining the kitchen invites you to enjoy a delicious meal.
In addition, there is a toilet with sink on the ground floor.
The bedroom with a double bed is upstairs. The bedroom offers space to put the existing travel cot on. The bathroom with shower, sink, bathtub, toilet, bidet and sauna is also on the upper floor.
Thanks to the tile covering in all rooms, the house is easy to keep hygienically clean. All rooms are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating.
The south-west facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and grill and 1 car parking lot, as well as a storage room in which bicycles can be stored, complete the offer.

The surrounding cycling and hiking trails invite you to wonderful excursions.
The Kaiserbad Ahlbeck is about 3 km away and can also be reached by bike via bike paths. The Baltic Hills golf course, about 1 km away, invites you to golf in a beautiful location.

Ostern auf Insel Usedom

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für das Haus entschieden und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und lädt für entspannte Spaziergänge ein. Alles im ganzen Perfekt und wir kommen gern wieder.

Lage des Anwesen

Bei der Buchung der Ferienwohnung ist man vom Foto her von einem relativ großem Grundstück ausgegangen, jedoch nicht von der einzigen Möglichkeit, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, nur von einer Sichtwand vom Nachbarn getrennt, von denen man fast jedes Wort verstehen konnte. Zudem fühlte man sich von nur ein paar Meter von der Straße entfernt ohne Sichtschutz wie auf dem Präsentierteller.
