Just Beachy is a custom designed, professionally decorated, and well equipped home to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. The home includes hairdryers, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, pool toys, 4 bikes, and many other items to make your beach vacation complete.

Just Beachy's gourmet kitchen is a culinary delight. You'll enjoy a free-standing granite kitchen bar with seating for 4 and a second sink. Equipped with the best cookware, Keurig coffee maker, high-end appliances including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, a built-in wine rack, granite counter tops, stone slate back splashes, and custom cabinetry, this large kitchen is spacious and visually pleasing.

Throughout the house you will find beautiful stone and fine hardwood floors, elegant furnishings, and comfortable beds with new designer linens. Each porch is furnished so you can rest and enjoy the coastal breeze with just the right amount of shade.

Just out the tall French doors off the living area is a large covered porch with outdoor seating, a private swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor dining table and gas grill. Additionally, there is a half bath and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

For the golfer, Camp Creek Golf Club is a 5-minute drive featuring a world-class Tom Fazio-designed course.

This Upscale neighborhood is located directly adjacent to Rosemary Beach community allowing easy access to the amazing little shopping and restaurants! At Water's Edge you can truly .........relax your cares away!

Perfect for our Group

The house is exactly what a group of 5 moms and 5 daughters could have asked for. Moms had their own rooms and girls enjoyed the bunk room. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals, two dishwashers and the ice dispenser were perfect additions. The gated community had easy access to the beach. Having our set of beach chairs ready for us each day was a big plus. There were a large amount of stairs down to the beach which could be an issue for those unable to navigate stairs. Our group was able to walk everywhere and the shops and restaurants never disappointed. Aside from an unavoidable issue which was fixed by the owner, this property met all of our criteria and expectations. Would absolutely recommend !

Great house for large families

We have been coming to this area of the Gulf Coast for 24 years to celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas with our kids and grandkids. This house met all our expectations with a good sized and well appointed kitchen, enough seating for us all to eat, and a large enough living room to be together comfortably. It has a great bunk room for the kids and enough bedrooms for the adults. It also is in close proximity to the beach and the shops in Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend!

A blessed trip!

Our ladies weekend was incredible at Carolyn’s property! The weather was perfect and the house accommodated all of our needs. The pool heater was not working when checked in but someone was there to fix it within the hour and we enjoyed it all weekend!

Beach stay

Overall, this was a nice stay at the beach. We have stayed at Rosemary beach in years past and were looking at a less crowded beach location/better price point. Pros: central location to Alys and Rosemary, one row of chairs and plenty of space on beach, hot tub and pool, lots of room to spread out in house. Well stocked with beach equipment. Cons: beds were dirty on arrival and sand everywhere (quickly resolved by Carolyn), the house has been pretty beat up from other renters and could use a refresh. Could use new bedding and rug in living room. Carolyn was responsive to any questions we asked/issues that arose.

Great for families

This was our third year to stay at Just Beachy and we had a wonderful time as always. Our group of grandparents, parents, and young children love this house because of the private gated pool, short walk to the beach, and king sized beds. The easy walk to shops and restaurants is a huge plus too!
