Our cozy swiss chalet is located at a mere 250 meters from famous ski mountain Ski Bromont (which is the largest lit skiable area in America with its 1,200 snow guns and guaranteed conditions day and night) only 3 minutes away from Bromont's Olympic Equestrian Park and steps away from championship golf course! Minimum stay of 31 nights .

LOOKING FOR Winter 2024 (Nov 1 to feb 9)

Our cottage's great location makes it perfect for skiers and anyone who loves nature as it overlooks snowshoeing and /or cross- country skiing paths.
The top- floor ensuite bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, queen bed and full bathroom with shower and a romantic tub.

1 of the 3 bedrooms on the lower ground floor has a queen bed, the second one has a double bed and the third one has bunk beds that the kids and kids at heart will simply love! The bathroom has a shower and tub , the TV/ game room has a sofa bed ( double).

On the main floor, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter , powder room with washer and dryer, a closed room with sofa bed (queen) dining room with handcrafted armoir and table that seats 10, open living room with built-in comfy sofa in front of a natural stone fireplace and TV.

Relaxing in the outside Hot Tub is the ideal way to end a day feeling great about all the near-by activities enjoyed.

The chalet is a wonderful escape although it's conveniently close to Amerispa - Château Bromont ( walking distance), grocery stores, restaurants, and Balnéa Spa.

Our cottage is perfect for family gatherings (no parties please), couples or just for people who want to have a soft place to fall.

Check in from 3 PM - Check out 10:30 AM ( when we can it's our pleasure to accommodate with early check-in or late check-out. Please check with us 48 hours prior arrival and-or departure.)

Our lovely cottage is in a quiet neighborhood.We kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors and keep noise at a minimum after 11pm.

MTB getaway

Great property with a 2 min. Bike ride to the main lift at Bromont. It had everything we needed. It would have been nice if the hot tub was bigger

Love This Place

We have stayed here before and have returned! It is a fantastic location, can accommodate a lot of us, has a lot of space, both indoors and out. Checking in was easy. You have all the amenities you need, right at your fingertips, and the hosts consider everything, you will need for your visit.

Great location, place needs TLC

100m walk to put on skis and ski down to lift, that was the best part. Great view. Building was old and needed lots of work. Kitchen and one bathroom were upgraded but hot tub not working, lots of light fixtures and bulbs not working. Beds were ok but were musty. Fireplace had no wood and it took us two days to find some to buy because of covid lockdown. It wasn’t perfect but it suited our needs under the circumstances.

The best rental experience

This group of family has been renting cottages for summers and ski seasons for over15 years. Our experience in the Gingerbread House was the best of all them!! The location was perfect to the ski hills. There is a walking path right behind the property in beautiful wooded area that the non skiers enjoyed a lot. The space was comfortable for our big family. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we nedded. Kitchen is not only loaded with dishes, cups, and glasses, but also spices, oil, vinigar etc. We had wonderful time cooking together and had great dinners in the spacious dinning room. There was plenty of rooms and beds for all of us. The Internet connection was probkem free. Tvs and the stereo system was working flowlessly. The weights and yoga mats were extra treats since we don't see those often in a rental space. We did put them in good use. We found the walk out mud/ski/furnace room was very convenient to get geared up for skiing/snowboarding, then store and dry our stuff after the day on the slopes. We also appreciated that we could bring our dogs with us. Jean-Phillip was very easy to communicate with. He was prompt with answering questions and extremely helpful to make our stay problem free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Also I'm hoping for our group can come back again. Thank you Jean-Phillip!!!

Very cozy spot

Jean-Philippe's house was super cozy! The house is well appointed with everything you might need and more. Lovely hot tub and charming sunken living room were our favorites. The house is located walking/skiing distance to the Bromont slopes and sentiers - it wasn't quite ski season during our stay, but I have no doubt that this would be the perfect house for a family ski trip. JP was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
