Newly renovated home. 3 bedroom pool hot tub house close to the strip. House is 10 min drive and is located in the green valley portion of town. Close to the freeway and tons of shopping and restaurants. Home has BBQ and eat in kitchen if that what you chose. WiFi Roku in every bedroom with Netflix. Cable in living and master. Great location and beautiful property

We were in Las Vegas to go hiking and take in a show on the Strip. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool!

the property was located in a good area close to everything we had planned to do. The owner was available if needed. The house was clean and neat and just the right size. Would stay there again

Cute house that needs work

This house had all the amenities that we needed in order to stay for the week. However, it looks like work on the house got about halfway done, and then it just stopped. A patched hole in the wall that was never painted, mismatched towels, washcloths and sheets that look to be about 20 years old. I had to search for clean towels and washcloths as there weren’t any easily identifiable or in the bathroom. It almost feels as though they put everything together after a haul at the local Goodwill store. Beach theme was cute. Owner very responsive. AC works great.
