Bungalow On The Bayou (Best Location on the Island)

Located on the "best" street on Anna Maria Island, this two-bedroom, one-bath second floor vacation rental with a spectacular view was completely renovated at the end of 2015. The renovation included basically everything from floor to ceiling. Notice the pictures and reviews, they speak for themselves.

Growing up about 15 minutes off the island and enjoying the beach so much, my wife and I (and three kids) decided to purchase our piece of paradise. We found this "bungalow" in the Bayou and just couldn't pass it up. We knew we wanted to be on the water with our own boat dock and on the north end of Anna Maria. We found this location to be absolutely perfect. The views are incredible. Anna Maria Sound view's galore.

The bungalow is on historic Pine Ave. It is very close to everything a vacationer could want. Fabulous restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, fishing, amazing beaches, breath-taking sunsets and more. Anna Maria Island has been chosen as the #3 prettiest city in the country and also in the top 10 "Island Beaches for Perfect Sand". Drive to our Bungalow and park your car for your entire stay. The free island trolley has a stop right outside your door and goes up and down the spectacular 7 mile island seven days a week. Fish and kayak from your own dock. Absolute paradise!

Great little bungalow

Fantastic location on Anna Maria Island. This lovely bungalow had all we needed to enjoy our holiday. Check in was easy and the owners were great to respond to any questions. We enjoyed using the kayak which was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend this place to others Thanks all

Beautiful !

What a place to stay ! We loved everything about it, the location, view, decor and all the amenities. It's a lovely spot nice and quite but always something to do and things to see. The Manatees every day up and down the canal are a real treat, we even had a dolphin swim past one day. We had hours of fun on the kayak and fishing from the dock. The trolley and beach equipment is really good and its only a few minutes walk to the beach on the bay side. It was nice and quite during our stay. Also real close to the free buss that leaves every 20 minutes. Inside the bungalow is furnished beautifully and very tasteful. Every thing you need is inside and the bed is huge and really comfortable. Great sound system and a selection of cds. Don't miss the sunrise from the bay side and the walk around bean point is a must. We can't wait to come back some time soon. Thanks for a great vacation. Dave and Jo

Wonderful stay!!!

Loved the condo so much!!! It’s so cute and cozy!!! Beautiful view of the bay and great location!!! Loved being able to walk everywhere and my husband loved fishing on the pier only a few steps away!!! Mike was so helpful and checked on us and was always available if needed. So very attentive !!! You can’t go wrong with this place!!!

Lisa and I have been married for 20 years. We have three wonderful kids. Our daughter is 17, and our two sons are 15 and 13. I have been here since 1972 and and Lisa has been here since 1985. We live about 30 minutes from the bungalow.

What makes this property unique

We absolutely fell in love with this the moment we saw it. It had the dock we wanted, the water views and was on the best street on the island. Once you get here, you can park your car for the remainder of your stay. The free trolley runs everyday. Absolute paradise!
