Sea Breeze Beach House offered by Beach Time Rentals

The property offers a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the third bedroom and a Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our Sea Breeze rental home has a full kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room and a separate dining room as well. In addition, this lovely vacation home has a Florida room that opens onto the beautiful backyard with private pool.

Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

This is ideal for family gatherings and barbeques, yet it's steps to the beach. This charming vacation rental is one of a kind in the Clearwater Beach area. It is located in the famous Carlouel subdivision, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our beautiful home is only a short distance to restaurants, entertainment, Pier 60, and the Jolley Trolley stops close by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the Month of March. The property is as described. Mona the property manager is the best! She is responsive, friendly, and informative. Loved being around the corner from the beach and about a mile from beautiful Caladesi Island. Quiet beautiful residential neighborhood but don’t need your car as the trolley stop is just a few blocks away. Property was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Did report to Mona that the screen door to Lanai is in need of repair. Highly recommend! Can’t beat the location. Will definitely return!

The location was amazing, it fit 8 people comfortably, the pool was great, and the customer service was also good. The only thing that would’ve improved it would be if the interior doors locked, but we just remembered to knock before going into the bathrooms. Overall, we would stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

The beach is almost private, we had it all to ourselves. It has everything you need, kitchen fully stocked and well organized. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

Loved Sea Breeze

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Sea Breeze Beach House! Perfect location with a very short walk to beach. Located in a very quiet cute little neighborhood close to town. Such a cute little pool area in the backyard and the house is very spacious. Only complaints we have is the master bed was hard, could use a mattress topper and the decor is all over the place. A little “revamping” of the decor could really make this house go from a 7 to a 10! Also, we had no idea where the washer and dryer were located. We searched and couldn’t find them anywhere. They ended up being located outside.. it would have been nice for that to be in the listing so I didn’t panic when my baby got sick and we needed to wash sheets. The staff is very attentive and helpful! We can’t wait to stay at Sea Breeze again!
