Apartment in the house Nautica: This apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people. It is about 36 square meters and consists of a large terrace with direct access to apartment. The apartment consists of a large living sleeping area, a small children's bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The house Nautica is situated right on the beach and has a swimming pool which can be used free of charge by our guests in the main and intermediate season. For a fee towels, tea towels and bed linen can be hired locally. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so that climbing stairs is eliminated and the hassle of holiday can be enjoyed properly. The house is located directly on the main shopping line and offers therefore a central position in order to discover the island individually with your activities. Ideal for holidays in summer, autumn, spring, but even in winter.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Inselwoche und fanden die Strand- und Zentrumnähe der Wohnung super. Die Terrasse zum Hinterhof mit Blick auf die Mülltonnen war nicht so optimal und ist im Sommer vermutlich eher störend. Im Herbst spielte das eher eine geringe Rolle. Enttäuschend war, dass das angekündigte Schwimmbad im Haus wegen Bauarbeiten nicht genutzt werden konnte. Darüber wären wir im Vorfeld gern informiert worden, zumal das seit Monaten der Fall ist. Die Wohnung ist klein und gemütlich, bietet alles, was man braucht. Leider war es nicht überall ganz sauber (Bad, Küche) und die Vormieter hatten das Geschirr zum Teil noch nass und mit deutlichen Spuren in den Schrank geräumt. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung aber weiterempfehlen und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen

Alles im Inserat angegeben wurde auch so vorgetroffen. Die schlechte Bewertungen wegen der Sauberkeit können wir nicht nach voll ziehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig und super nah am Strand sowie super Zentral im Dorf gelegen. Der Spülkasten hat so seine kleine Tücken uns ein Fliegengitter wäre super. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen

Super Lage auf einer der schönsten Inseln.

Wangerooge ist immer wieder eine Reise Wert. Super Lage der Wohnung. Wir hatten es zur eigenen Kaffeemaschine näher als zum Kiosk ;-)

Naja

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, die Promenade ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Aber das war auch schon alles Positive, was es dazu zu sagen gibt. Es gibt nur eine Fensterfront und diese ist mit Ausblick auf das Nachbarhaus und die Mülltonnen. Damit ist die Terasse faktisch nicht nutzbar, es sei denn, man sitzt gerne neben Mülltonnen. Im Sommer möchte ich mir die Geruchsbelästigung gar nicht vorstellen. Das Lüften der Wohnung ist wirklich schwierig, da kein Luftzug erzeugt werden kann. Das knarrende Bett, der defekte Wasserkocher und der gesperrte Pool haben zu unserer Verärgerung beigetragen. Ach ja, Baulärm hatten wir auch noch, da das halbe Haus Baustelle ist. Definitiv buchen wir diese Wohnung und den Vermieter nicht nochmal.
