About this property

Hunts Florida Villa is a beautifully situated villa in a sub division called Slivercreek. Our villa is located approximately 15 minutes away from Disney’s main gate and is close to all the main attractions. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to have a fantastic holiday in Florida.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Including:

· One master bedroom with an en-suite

· One queen bedroom with an en-suite

· Two twin bedrooms (Boys/Girls)

· One full bedroom

· One family bathroom.

All linen and towels are provided. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen T.V

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need. Including the basic appliances:

· Fridge, with a water and ice dispenser

· Microwave

· Cooker/Oven

· Dishwasher

· Kettle

· Toaster

· Coffee machine

· Waste disposal unit

In the kitchen there is a 4 seater dining table, with a 2 seater breakfast bar. There is also a big 6 seater dining table located in the open plan dining/ living area.

The garage has been turned into a games room. The games room has a pool table, basketball hoop shoot and a football table. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the garage.

The villa has its own, private enclosed outdoor pool and spa. With an outdoor seating area, including loungers. The pool deck area was recently expanded, so there is plenty of space to relax in the sun.

The home has been recently updated and refurbished with modern furniture. Such as leather sofas and flat screen TVs. The two twin bedrooms have been brightly decorated as fun children bedrooms.

The villa also has supermarkets and gas stations close by, including Walmart, Publix and a 7 eleven.

Opposite the villa is a public children’s play area, which includes a climbing frame with a slide and swings for children to play on.

Clean, well equipped, spacious and the pictures so not do it justice

We were really pleased with the villa it exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice at all! We loved it! Beds were comfortable and outside area was great round the pool. Some of the game could do with repair but other than that it was perfect. We even got to see an alligator in the lake across the road 😬 which made the children’s holiday!

Lovely property very conveniently located

This is a great option for your Orlando holiday. The villa is in great condition with all the elements that you might need. It is located about 20 mins drive from Disney and just round the corner from wal-mart. The owner is extremely friendly and responsive. Highly recommended

Lovely area and villa

Were here for 2 weeks over Easter and loved it. Beds very comfy and area quiet so got a great sleep. Kids loved the pool and the Games Room. There are loads of games and books in the villa that we didn't get to use. Every appliance you could think of in the kitchen and loads of plates and cutlery. There were only 4 of us but there is plenty of space - we only used 3 bedrooms. The traffic was heavy due to it being Easter - Universal was between 25 mins and and hour away depending on traffic. We learned to avoid rush hour! Hurricane Wings is at the end of the road - we went there twice and its lovely. Its about 20 mins easy walk if you wanted to take a drink. There is also a Dollar Tree and Walgreens very close and Publix and Walmart. We had a visit from 2 cranes on a few morning and spotted racoons during our evening stroll a few times. Neil was very helpful answering loads of questions beforehand and was very quick to respond. We had no issues when we were there but he answered the 1 query we had very promptly. We would definitely return.

I moved to Florida along with my wife and 2 children 5years ago. I am a property manager within the Davenport / Clermont area and have a fair knowledge of the area now. I also rent wooden Cribs, highchairs and pack n plays.
we also arrange food packs at a price for rental properties that we manage.

Why they chose this property

This property has been updated and modernized since we first bought it and have tiled it throughout and put in Granite worktops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
This year we are updating the shower in the 2nd ensuite master bathroom to keep in line with all the up to date things the property should have.
We put TVs in all bedrooms and also added a games room which is in the garage.
there is a Nintendo WII and a PlayStation to keep the kids happy.
